My experience with Greenberg Dental was the worst customer service experience I've ever had at a medical office. The staff was unprofessional, rude, and dismissive from the moment I arrived. Instead of treating patients with respect, they acted as though helping was an inconvenience. Healthcare offices should provide compassionate and professional service, but that was not my experience here. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Greenberg Dental to anyone looking for quality customer service. I had a root canal done at Arlington Dental back in 2023. When I started having issues, I went to the Greenberg Dental office near me, and they referred me to a specialist at another Greenberg Dental location. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00 p.m., but I wasn't seen until about 1:45 p.m. I was told they were still finishing up with another patient. After waiting, they took X-rays, and then the doctor came in with an assistant. The first thing I was told was that there was no guarantee I wouldn't have this problem again. What I don't understand is why. I left feeling like no one took the time to explain what was causing the issue, what my treatment options were, or why I was experiencing the problem in the first place. Instead, it felt like they gave me a quick answer just to get me out of the office. If you're seeing a specialist, you expect clear communication and a thorough explanation not a rushed appointment that leaves you with more questions than answers. Between the long wait and the lack of concern or explanation, I was very disappointed with my experience.

I’m currently here waiting for my 1pm appointment. I’m a first time patient and the services is the absolute worst. I arrived 12:50pm. Waited 6 minutes at the front desk before 1 of the 4 receptionists asked if I was checking in. Then waiting 15 minutes to be called for X-ray. Waited 30 minutes for the dentist to check the X-rays and try to upsell stuff. Now I’m back in the waiting room hoping the hygienist come get me soon. It’s is 1.5 hours since I arrived here.

I had work done by both Dentists here. Both are extremely nice and professional. Explain everything great and my mouth is already feeling better. The staff and Hygienists are all super nice as well. Can’t be happier so far with their work and professionalism especially with not having gone to the dentist in quite awhile. Very appreciated!

Front desk task barely greets, extremely loud and unpleasant, not friendly, and doesn’t communicate. First time here and I’ve been waiting over 45 mins for my apt. I know I won’t be back again.

My experience at this office felt like I was inside of an American horror stories episode everybody there was horribly nasty and rude. Receptionist,dental assistant and the dentist were horrible do not go to this greenberg dental location. The owners of this corporation should close this location
