Good luck trying to get in touch with them to get an appointment. I have my braces for over 3 years and I can’t get in touch over the phone with any of them. They closed the office close to my house and the new location is 40 mins away. So it’s difficult to me to drive just to make an appointment. Awful customer service. Searching new dentist nearby me to get this braces off.

My son had his upper braces placed at Greenberg Dental at the end of July 2026, and his follow-up appointment was scheduled for August 26. He also had a broken bracket that needed to be repaired. We arrived for the scheduled appointment only to learn that the doctor was on vacation and no one was available to assist us. We never received a phone call, text, or email notifying us that the appointment needed to be rescheduled. We were then told that the next available appointment would not be until October 1. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I needed an emergency dental treatment. I paid $247 on the date of service, and was then sent a bill which did not represent the payment but did tell me I owed an additional $150 because the bone graft was not authorized. While I understand that there are times insurance will not cover things, I should have been told this was not something insurance would pay AND I should know what my $247 covered. I've been trying to reach billing for several days and I haven't received so much as an email or text. I'm honestly considering a chargeback if I don't get a solid explanation of where my $247 went.

I waited an hour before being seen for my first visit, a basic cleaning. The receptionist was unhelpful each time I visited, seeming inexperienced and disinterested. Two of the dental assistants I saw were knowledgeable, while one failed a digital tooth scan (which even the dentist failed while a different dental assistant completed the task easily). Another DA was so rough and rushed during a dental cleaning they caused pain and missed multiple teeth with their floss and tools. They also used a drill rather than a hook for a basic cleaning, which caused extra discomfort and seemed totally excessive. I would not recommend anyone seek dental care here if they have any other options.
