Had my dental checkup and cleaning last week and it was the best experience! The ladies at the front desk were lovely. Dr. Priemer was very kind and attentive. He gave me a thorough check up and listened to my concerns. The dental hygienist did an amazing job! It was a great experience 😊

I’ve tried calling at least 3 times to make an appt. (different days, at different hours) each time I’m placed on a never-ending hold until I grow tired and hang up. Today the hold was 15 minutes… this is insane. I really like Dr. Ryan, but can’t deal with the inefficiency of the staff that handles the incoming calls.

Had a great experience at the dental office today, i have very sensitive teeth and not a big fan of dental office but the way sharlene made sure i was aware of everything going on broke down everything for me to understand in a simple way made me feel very comfortable here. Office staff were very friendly and welcoming , will recommend to anyone . Will be taking my kids here as-well .

I’ve been coming to this office since 2019 and I never had any issues. I just called yesterday to set up my six month appointment and like always the front desk is always so adorable and nice. Gigi and Michelle Thank you for always fitting me in.

I would like to file a complaint against Dr. Jamie Ruiz who quoted me over $3200 for having a crown placed on my lower molars instead of having old filling replaced; I went to Mexico and the dentist said my teeth is perfectly fine and there is no need to have a crown and I had my old fillings replaced in Mexico, fast and easy; Jamie Ruiz insisted for my upper teeth to have a crown and a root canal instead of a filling, which he did and cost me $2000, it could have been avoided with just a filling; Dr.Jamie Ruiz is a scam artist and so is everyone working in the Williamsburg office. Do not come to Greenberg dental!
