I had the BEST experience at Lake Lucerne Lifestyle Dentistry! This was my first time ever going, and from start to finish, everyone was so welcoming, kind, and helpful. They went above and beyond to create a game plan for my new smile, help me coordinate my expenses, and work around my appointments. Today I went in for treatment and felt absolutely no pain at all! The doctor was amazing, had the steadiest hand, and kept checking on me throughout the entire procedure. OMG! I was SOOOO nervous and they eased my mind after speaking with Mrs. Gustavo! She is the ABSOLUTE BEST! My twin got work done from here so I came via her recommendation and me SEEING Dr. Gustavo's work. It looks AMAZING, SERIOUSLY!!! From start to finish! I got an appointment right away! And they actually fit in a FULL Consultation and Comprehensive exam on Wednesday my most concerning areas will be completed on Friday! Not a 2 months later! That quick! No BC, no dragging of feet and they took time to explain EVERYTHING to me. Step-by-Step! So I could be comfortable with my choices. Like most ppl, I'm a little anxious about the dentist...the drilling every thing is just so much...she broke it down into manageable steps for my comfort so I wasn't overwhelmed. To my surprise, I received a reimbursement check from MetLife for the full amount in less than a week. They made the entire process effortless.
