Once arriving and being greeted, I was quickly taken down the hallway and strapped into a dental chair and had psychedelic lights in my face and a popsicle or some type with a flavor, but it was great. The whole experience was great, in the “CAT” lounge where you could just sit down and play with cats Seriously, all good people.!!!!

First time visitor….this practice blew me away. I don’t write reviews very often…and if I do they tend to be on a negative level. This time is different. Jacksonville needs to know. The people are kind and caring at a different level. First time visits require x rays and a consultation. They don’t slam the x rays in your mouth they do it slowly and you are comfortable the whole time. I told my entire office about them and how great they are. So happy to have found them!

I’ve been a patient here for nearly 30 years, and it truly feels like I’ve grown up with this practice. The care is always personalized and attentive, and you’re never treated like just another patient. Dr. Mullens and Dr. Nguyen are both wonderful, knowledgeable, kind, and truly invested in their patients. A special shout-out to Kay, my outstanding dental hygienist all of these years , who always makes visits comfortable and positive. I’m so grateful for such consistent, exceptional care over the years.

Dr. Mullens and his staff are exceptional and the best in Jacksonville. Once you walk in the office, you are treated with the upmost respect and kindness your entire visit to this dental office. I’ve been going to Dr. Mullens since I was 18 years old.
