Consumer beware. I was told that nothing would be charged to me or my insurance unless I decided to go ahead with services after that appointment. Yet as I was leaving, I was informed that $118 had been billed to my insurance. At the time, I was in a lot of pain and exhausted — I didn’t have the energy to dispute what I had previously been told. When I called to clarify the estimate with my insurance provider and getting them on a 3 way conversation the staffs demeanor noticeably shifted, and asking questions about the estimate made me feel like a “problem client.” I am filing a grievance with my insurance because Aspire should not be allowed to take advantage of people. I want the public to know, especially those who may not be able to advocate for themselves. Julie was incredibly rude, rushing me off the phone with an “I’ll get to it when I get to it” attitude. The front desk staff gave a similar dismissive response (as she actually said that exact statement) when I asked for a copy of the bill sent to my insurance. That document should have been produced easily within a few hours, but I still don’t have it and it’s been 7 business days! They had all the time in the world for me prior to my appointment. But the moment those doors closed, and I had questions and started looking at the estimate along with asking for a copy of what they sent my insurance. It was a major problem for them. While the dentist seemed knowledgeable with a good bedside manner, the office’s handling of billing and communication is concerning. I really hope that the doctors know how the staff are conducting their business behind the scenes. I can’t possibly be the only one where they have missed out on money because of the way they treated a potential patient. I will edit this review if they correct these issues, but if not, it will remain as posted.

After having multiple negative experiences in several area dental offices who felt like scammers, this office is a breath of fresh air. They helped me with solving my pain issue in an honest and affordable way last year and i am back this year to take care of a few more things. I trust them and that is saying a lot! Many dental offices in our area are trained to tell you need things you do not need and that is truly unfortunate.

I had the chance to visit the office today and meet the new dentist, and I was genuinely impressed. Even as someone who wasn’t there for treatment, I could immediately sense the warmth and professionalism of the entire team. The space was spotless, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to put people at ease. The new dentist greeted me with kindness which speaks volumes about their approach to care. You can tell they’re not just skilled, they’re genuinely invested in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door. If you're looking for a dental office that combines expertise with heart, this is the place.

Everyone in the office was genuinely nice and polite, which actually made the rest more disappointing. Came in as a new patient for a routine cleaning, exam, and anything urgently needed. They diagnosed several issues and recommended periodontal scaling (deep cleaning), liners, fluoride, etc. The treatment plan also included teeth-straightening options that I immediately declined, though it was brought up multiple times. I was asked to review and sign a multi-page fee sheet that included the declined teeth-straighteners, which inflated the estimated cost, while reclined in the chair with the bib on. I felt rushed and was repeatedly told “insurance will cover most of it” and “you have great insurance.” I ended up paying roughly 3x what I expected that day. The EOB later showed a confusing mix of adjusted codes, and non-covered items. Insurance paid very little overall. I understand some services aren’t covered, but I wish someone had let me review costs sitting upright without time pressure. The staff are lovely, but the same-day treatment and signing process felt rushed and overwhelming. I won’t be returning and I will be looking for a dentist with more transparent, low-pressure services.

I can’t say enough good things about this dentist office. From the moment you walk in, the front staff makes you feel welcome and cared for. They’re incredibly kind, professional, and always quick to help with anything you need, whether it’s scheduling an appointment, answering insurance questions, or just making sure you’re comfortable while you wait. Their efficiency and warmth make the whole experience stress-free and pleasant. It’s rare to find a team that’s both so friendly and so organized.
