Hess Orthodontics

My son has been a patient here for almost two years. While the facility is great and the doctors are good, it has been extremely difficult to schedule appointments at both the Parrish and Sarasota locations. I have left three voicemails and called daily for the past week without being able to reach anyone. On the rare occasions I do get through, the gentleman who usually handles scheduling has been quite rude. The quality of care is appreciated, but the scheduling department seriously needs improvement. My daughter now needs braces soon, I don’t think we will be returning here.

They’re the absolute best! And I haven’t even stopped by yet… called them because we were in dire need of an Invisalign removal tool, while being closed in the Sarasota store (Myra I believe it’s spelled, sorry 😅) called the store and some how , some way got the Lab section to help out by setting a tool outside for us.. 10/10

Hess orthodontics at University in Sarasota has the best all around staff. Dr cetta is by far the most knowledgeable and kind orthodontist in Sarasota/Bradenton. The office staff here, with Kristy as the coordinator, truly cares about each patient and takes their time to make sure all questions and hesitations are answered. Lacy and all the office techs are amazing. We had 5 consults with different doctors in the area and I am so verily glad we landed here. This is THE PLACE to go for your orthodontic needs.

Hess orthodontist Sarasota such an amazing office. You’re always greeted with a smile, Very helpful and understanding to me. I was given a smile that I so much dreamed of.. this office is a 10 out of 10 and I want to get a big thanks to everyone

Team Hess did a stellar job seeing me as a new patient needing a replacement for my broken lingual bar retainer. I was not their original orthodontic patient. Having called other orthodontic practices in Sarasota, no one was willing to help a patient like me. I was lucky to get a referral from another office. From Tiffany, who answered the phone with the greeting, ‘It’s a great day at Hess Orthodontics, How can we make you feel better? & got me scheduled for the next day — Romaya & Mayra in the front office, to Lisa who took my images, to Hector my Hero, who politely, professionally, expertly, & compassionately removed & replaced my retainer — they are ALL Rock Stars! I’m so very grateful for their amazing service with big beautiful, authentic smiles! I thank them & highly recommend Hess Orthodontics!
