Team Hess did a stellar job seeing me as a new patient needing a replacement for my broken lingual bar retainer. I was not their original orthodontic patient. Having called other orthodontic practices in Sarasota, no one was willing to help a patient like me. I was lucky to get a referral from another office. From Tiffany, who answered the phone with the greeting, ‘It’s a great day at Hess Orthodontics, How can we make you feel better? & got me scheduled for the next day — Romaya & Mayra in the front office, to Lisa who took my images, to Hector my Hero, who politely, professionally, expertly, & compassionately removed & replaced my retainer — they are ALL Rock Stars! I’m so very grateful for their amazing service with big beautiful, authentic smiles! I thank them & highly recommend Hess Orthodontics!

We had a HORRIBLE experience. Our son went in with VERY minor cross bite. Treatment plan was 10 months. The office was never staffed properly. 12 months in and new doctor starts and tells us that our child's braces were NEVER put on correctly from the start. Again, this was after they had been on for 12 months. Now you would think they would take them off and put them back on correctly. Instead they gave us a 12-18 month plan to "try" and do "their best" to shift his teeth back. His teeth had gaps he didn't have before, there was shifting, constant bracket breaks. Finally we just decided to leave the practice, find a new ortho who removed and replaced the braces and now we are looking at another year and paying for a brand new set. Stay far far away.

Highly recommend Hess Orthodontics! My son has been a patient for over a year, and the team is always so friendly. The ladies at the front desk greet you with a smile every visit, and I love how they personalize the board to welcome new patients—it’s the small things that make a big difference!

I have just finished my Invisalign treatment with Hess Orthodontics in Sarasota. Initially I was looking for a treatment to correct my bite - I was biting my cheek which caused much discomfort. The orthodontist recommended the Invisalign program which would correct the misalignment while also straightening my teeth. My teeth are beautiful now and I am no longer biting my cheek. I have thoroughly enjoyed meeting with the doctors, their assistants and all the office staff. I would highly recommend Hess Orthodontics! Thank you everyone for a very positive experience!

Completey fed up with this office and the constant scheduling mistakes. Happened again today. We were supposed to have an appointment put sons wire for his braces back on and have a checkup with the doctor and an adjustment. However, no check up or adjustment were actually scheulded. They use a call center to take calls and the call center has scheduled us incoreectly multiple times. So now we have to wait for the checkup and adjustment until November 18th, which is the next available appointment they had. Its so very annoying to have to wait so long now and waste more time going back for another appointment. Once my sons braces are removed, I will never be a customer of Hess again.
