I came to get braces for my 10-year-old son and Hailey was amazing. My son was very nervous, but she was extremely patient and treated him so kindly. She made him feel comfortable during the whole process. The office is very clean and the staff is friendly. We had a great experience!

I had an amazing experience at Imagine Orthodontic Studio. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Dr. Palombini is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients. Monique was attentive and helpful throughout the process, Adrianna made everything smooth at the front desk, and Rachel went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. The office is beautiful, organized, and the level of customer service is honestly outstanding. You can tell this team genuinely cares about creating a great experience for every patient. Highly recommend!

I am loving this place! Such a different experience from when I was kid getting braces. I’m getting invisible aligners and everyone here has made it actually a fun experience. The entire practice is hospitable, professional and relaxed and the environment is clean and bright. Dr. Anna Palombini is amazing, and the main reason I chose Imagine. She is warm and has such attention to detail, I feel safe going through the process with her, she truly goes above and beyond. And Hailey has been the one doing my attachments and refinements and she is always friendly, warm, and has me laughing. What other type of ortho office is giving this kind of experience? Love it!

All female staff is youthful, energetic, super friendly and professional. Office is beautifully decorated. Environment is super welcoming.The price was higher than competitors but treatment is all inclusive. Retainer insurance and aftercare is included. There was a big discount because I started treatment same day. I was able to start with a down payment of $500 and was allowed to choose my monthly payment .

This was my first time here and Dr. Diana Palombini was very professional, nice, friendly. She made me very excited on wanting to get my teeth fixed and to get braces. I felt very comfortable with her when asking questions and understanding the procedure I need to get done. I thank you so much Dr. Palombini for helping me trying to get my confidence back and understanding what I need to do. I also want to think Diana & Stephanie for being friendly and patient and answering all my questions and convincing me to see the doctor as I was so embarrassed to get my teeth fixed because of my age.
