I am loving this place! Such a different experience from when I was kid getting braces. I’m getting invisible aligners and everyone here has made it actually a fun experience. The entire practice is hospitable, professional and relaxed and the environment is clean and bright. Dr. Anna Palombini is amazing, and the main reason I chose Imagine. She is warm and has such attention to detail, I feel safe going through the process with her, she truly goes above and beyond. And Hailey has been the one doing my attachments and refinements and she is always friendly, warm, and has me laughing. What other type of ortho office is giving this kind of experience? Love it!

The most professional company!!! Starting with the Physician as well as the staff members. They give undivided attention, explain all process and make you feel at home!!! Very greatful we found them!!!!

This is very clean and maintained place. The staffs and workers are very nice, they make sure to fix your problems and want you to feel comfortable before you leave and after you leave. I would recommend for anyone to come here whenever it’s needed to get their braces/aligners done.

Monique was attentive and helpful throughout the process, Adrianna made everything smooth at the front desk, and Rachel went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. The office is beautiful, organized, and the level of customer service is honestly outstanding. You can tell this team genuinely cares about creating a great experience for every patient.
