All female staff is youthful, energetic, super friendly and professional. Office is beautifully decorated. Environment is super welcoming.The price was higher than competitors but treatment is all inclusive. Retainer insurance and aftercare is included. There was a big discount because I started treatment same day. I was able to start with a down payment of $500 and was allowed to choose my monthly payment .

This experience, 10/10 . From the excellent customer service , fast responses and consistent updates . Everyone here in the Orlando office was is super nice and welcoming . My daughter received braces, and the comfort that she received was soo amazing from the doctor to this lovely hygienist . Will definitely recommend.

This is a wonderful experience for my son and even my daughter when it is time for her turn! The staff is friendly, the office is clean, the decor is beautiful. They are professional and very welcoming. I am continuously impressed every time we come. They are great with young children and making them feel comfortable and their little voices are heard by any concern or question!
