We had a great experience bringing my son in for his dental visit. The staff was very professional, friendly, and made him feel comfortable from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and the visit went smoothly. You can tell they really care about their patients. Highly recommend!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like I need to warn others about my experience with Central Florida Orthodontics—specifically with Roberta. I recently lost my mother, and during an already incredibly difficult time, I was met with a lack of compassion and professionalism. When I called about getting my braces removed, I was quoted an outrageously high price and was spoken to in a very rude and dismissive manner. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the first issue I’ve had here. Since the beginning of my treatment, I’ve experienced ongoing problems—wires slipping out of brackets, brackets falling off due to poor bonding, and even cuts inside my mouth from the appliances. It has been uncomfortable and frustrating throughout the entire process. This experience has been anything but positive, and I would strongly caution others before choosing this office. Please do your research and consider other options.

Both of my kids had braces and it was a great experience for them. Their teeth look so good. The staff are really nice and the payment plan and autopay make the monthly payments easy. Dr Kopuri explained the treatment well and made my kids feel comfortable and at ease. My kids actually liked going to their appointments.

This is an exceptional dental office. Not only do they do a great job with the dental work but everyone working there, from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist, are extremely nice and kind.

Terrible customer service! Rude and disrespectful. Accused of me trying to commit fraud and all. The receptionist hung up in the middle of our call with an attitude for no reason telling me she can’t give me information I need to “figure it out “ Refused to give my husband information on his dental plan. 0/10 never have I ever experienced this type of unprofessionali and disrespect with “medical professionals” !
