Both of my kids had braces and it was a great experience for them. Their teeth look so good. The staff are really nice and the payment plan and autopay make the monthly payments easy. Dr Kopuri explained the treatment well and made my kids feel comfortable and at ease. My kids actually liked going to their appointments.

There were no finance charges or deposits, and everything about my insurance and my financial responsibility was clearly explained up front. Dr. Kopuri is very professional, and the staff is just as wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. I especially love the appointment reminders, which are super helpful since I often forget what day it is. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service! Rude and disrespectful. Accused of me trying to commit fraud and all. The receptionist hung up in the middle of our call with an attitude for no reason telling me she can’t give me information I need to “figure it out “ Refused to give my husband information on his dental plan. 0/10 never have I ever experienced this type of unprofessionali and disrespect with “medical professionals” !
