They always made me feel like a valued patient, Dr. Carroll is very precise with his adjustments to make the braces feel good and effective. Tiffany and Melissa are two of the best whether managing the front desk or assisting in the chair. I highly recommend this Orthodontic Practice!

Today was our first visit here to come up with our orthodontic dental plan and it was fantastic! From start to finish the entire staff was so friendly and informative. Dr. Carroll took the time to go over everything with us in detail and Melissa was fantastic! We are super confident moving forward and are so happy we found such a wonderful orthodontics office!

I have had a great experience so far and have seen a lot of positive changes over the past few months with my braces, and I think Dr. Carroll and the majority of his staff are great people! However, I do have a complaint regarding Melissa. She always seems perpetually in a bad mood, was rather rough when tightening my braces, and is just rather rude overall even when just asked extremely simple questions that you SHOULD be able to ask in an orthodontic setting. If you don't get her, your experience will be very smooth, and it was thankfully that way for most of my visits so far.
