I was very nervous going into my appointment as it had been a long time since I had seen anyone about my teeth. I immediately felt like I was being taken care of in a professional yet caring way thanks to the staff and Dr. Emily. The assistant that worked on me was Abbie and she made everything painless and was very informational on the routine I now needed to adopt with my new treatment plan. Very glad I chose Varone to take care of me!

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish with Dr.Katz, Dr. Varone and the entire staff. They are all so warm, professional, and genuinely kind. I came in to have a permanent retainer placed after the one from my general dentist fell off- but after assessing my bite, Dr. Katz recommended a different plan of action for my particular case and we had impressions made for an Invisalign retainer which has been so much better and longer lasting for me! I felt so well taken care of and that the plan of action was best for my case. Highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Just don't go there! Dr Varone did my son's treatment wrong! She was very upset when I complained after treatment and she gave me paper to sign that I am satisfied with it. Of course I did not sign it. Now I have to do his braces again for 6K while I have already spent over 5K at this place. I asked Dr Varone several times if she is sure that invisalign will be the same effect as regular braces (after me, my husband, my other son and my sister's kids had regular braces, because invisalign is not the same as regular braces) and she said "YES"! Unfortunately I trusted reviews and I went with my son here, because we moved from different state and I could not go to our previous orthodontist to do his treatment. My son's case was not easy and looks like hard to fix, but thank God not for my doctor, finally we are back in our state and he will take care of my son. Don't make the same mistake and always go to two or even three different places for free evaluation before you decide where to do treatment.
