We needed a last minute appointment for fillings and a second opinion after another dentist tried to scam us. This office was amazing! They got us in and did 2 surface fillings in the same day. They didn't try to upsell us or charge us extra when they're not supposed to with our dental plan. The front office staff was amazing at getting us in and the doctor and dental assistant were very kind and efficient.

They treated me with personalized professionalism. It's a dentist office and it can suck sometimes just having to be at any doctor's office. It's really appreciative when they make it an easy and fun experience. The staff smiles and let's you know everything that is going to happen. They make sure your comfortable and are really good at what they do. My doctor has stay hands and it makes for a quicker and more successful result. Get me good and out of there with me not even feeling like I was there long. I hear stories of a few other places - I'm thankful that you make this tuff time in my life am easier one.

Everyone there was so amazing, helpful and most importantly respectful. The Dentist was amazing as he explained everything about what he was doing. Made me feel comfortable especially since I haven’t had go experiences.

I’ve been coming to this office since I was 7 years old, and I’ll be turning 21 at the end of this year. So, I’ve literally grown up here and I know what to expect — or at least I used to. Back then, I always saw the same staff, the same hygienists, and I knew I would get a consistent experience. But in the past 2–3 years, it’s been the complete opposite. Every time I come in, it feels like I have a different person working on me. It seems like they can’t keep hygienists or orthodontic staff, and it makes the whole place feel unorganized. The staff are friendly, but the wait times are out of control. I’m talking about waiting 1 to 1.5 hours just to get called back, then sitting another 15–20 minutes in the chair before anyone starts. And when they finally do, the cleaning feels rushed — maybe 5–10 minutes total. For something I only get every six months, I expect a thorough cleaning, not just a quick run with a water tool and polish. Honestly, it feels like something I could’ve done myself at home with an electric toothbrush. Today I paid $149 out of pocket for a cleaning, and I left feeling like I wasted my money. I could’ve ordered the same tools on Amazon and gotten the same results. As someone who’s been loyal to this office for nearly 15 years, it’s disappointing to see how much things have declined. If you have the option to go to a private practice, I’d recommend doing that instead. This office really needs to do better — for the sake of patients who actually care about their oral health and

I do not recommend this particular Greenberg to anyone! This was my last straw with them! First they can’t keep a dentist they done has three dentist since I’ve been there and none of the staff ever answer the phone so you have physically go up there to get any of your needs met! Second I had an appointment at 7:30 was there before then waiting because THE DOOR WAS NOT OPEN. Me and another lady was waiting because both of our appointments was at 7:30. I walk in around 7:48 mind you staff are just walking in and the girl at the front desk is talking about I am late and I have to rescheduled. I said for what for she proceeds to say because of 15 minute grace period. I said “the door was not open and I been here.” She tried to insinuate that door was open at 7:30 which was a lie. She then stated the doctor was here. I said if the doctor was here why was the door not open knowing yall have 7:30 am appointments and nothing was said. I simply walked out. Mind you I seen the DOCTOR walk in so how was the doctor already in there with the door closed!? Should the door be open for patients to walk in!?
