I had an amazing experience at this dental and orthodontic office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and professional. The office is clean and comfortable, and they took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The office manager and orthodontist were both knowledgeable, gentle, and genuinely cared about my children’s comfort and results. I felt heard and well taken care of. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental and orthodontic care!

Very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from this office. I had an appointment scheduled for today, and it was canceled without anyone notifying me. I drove all the way to Plano and had already taken time off work for the appointment. The front staff blamed it on their call center which didn’t make any sense! What makes it even more frustrating is that I spoke with someone on Saturday about wanting to move my appointment up, and I clearly explained that I could not because of work. They saw my scheduled appointment time and never mentioned any issues. Then while I was there today, I found out my appointment for tomorrow had also been moved to a different time without any communication. I wouldn’t have even been able to make the new time because of work. Patients deserve clear communication and respect for their time. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. (This place deserves zero stars)

The staff is friendly, professional, and they really take the time to make you feel comfortable. Andrea was especially helpful , she was kind, patient, and made sure everything was explained clearly, which made the visit way less stressful. You can tell she genuinely cares about patients and their experience. Overall, the team works well together and the atmosphere is positive. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a dental office that actually makes you feel taken care of.
