My son and I went in for cleanings at the New York Ave. location. I was skeptical at first, but Doctor Gade and her team quickly won me over. I had a cavity, and they were able to squeeze me in same day! The kindness and care provided to me when I was nervous about the dental procedure was unmatched. If you’re looking for a dentist who really cares for their patients, this is the place to go.

Me and my two granddaughters are patient here. We had appointments 10-18-2025, at the Park Row clinic. We had our teeth cleaned . One of my granddaughters has her braces adjusted also. This clinic had us out in a timely manner. The staff was very nice and friendly. I really liked the changes they made. The office was nice and clean 💖 plus they have a video game with over 5 games on it to entertain you or the kids. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

I called and explained my situation and the lady at the front desk Crystal must own this place because she was so attentive! She got me in ASAP, and heard my concerns with billing from other offices and therefore she was on top of my insurance. The dentist was just as thorough and they both took care of me. Thanks Ladies🤗

I went for an exam, cleaning & wisdom tooth removed. I was told I needed a "DEEP CLEANING" first or my insurance would not cover the regular cleaning and i would have to pay $486. I scheduled the "DEEP CLEANING" & extraction. The day of the DEEP CLEANING I asked if they were going to numb my mouth. He said no and proceeded to do a drill cleaning at the gum line that took approx 8.5 minutes and said left, the assistant came and put polish on that took a little longer. When I got to the front they scheduled me back in 2 wks and they would have trays for me. I was assuming this is when the "DEEP CLEANING" would be finished. I came for my wisdom extraction and the Dr. Did not show up and many other patients were very angry stating this was his 3rd no show for them. I decided to get my extraction elsewhere since it was urgent. When I came back for my next appt the Dr was apparently busy so yhe office manager just tried to hand me a bag with trays in it. When I asked when I was getting my DEEP CLEANING. I was then told I received a GINGIVITIS cleaning. Mind you this word had never been said to me. I have no bleeding gums or anything regarding GINGIVITIS symptoms. Then on top of that I was billed $686. So I was lied to about what kind of cleaning I bought and received and on top of that the Dr. wouldn't even come speak with me about it. I'm a single disabled mom with a disabled son waiting on ssi. This Dr. is fraudulently charging medicaid and the patients. Ive never had a regular cleaning in less than 10 minutes, much less a DEEP CLEANING. Those are usually done in sessions. I was never told anything about gingivitis or cavities. My insurance is still notifying me I need a cleaning. This Dr. is obviously a scammer and preying on the weak and poor class which is even lower in my book. PLEASE BE AWARE. I'm still trying to get the cleaning I had to finance to pay for and can't even get the Dr. to speak with me after sitting up there at my appointment over an hour.
