This was my first visit and overall I had a good experience. The doctor was very kind and thorough. She explained my X-rays clearly and went over my treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. I felt comfortable and well informed about my dental needs. My only concern was the wait time. My 9am appointment lasted about two hours, and a lot of that time was waiting between steps. I understand new patient visits can take longer, but it was more time than I expected. Other than that, the staff was polite and the office was clean. I’m giving them another chance because I really liked the doctor.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service my family and I received during our recent visit. My mother, younger brother, and I arrived for his scheduled dental cleaning appointment at 9:00 AM and signed in at approximately 9:05 AM. We waited patiently to be called, but no one acknowledged us. By 9:35 AM, the once-full waiting area had emptied, leaving only the three of us. Shortly after, new patients began arriving. They signed in, were greeted immediately, and were promptly taken back for their appointments—while we continued waiting without any communication. At 9:40 AM, I approached the front desk to inquire about the delay. I was told that a text message had been sent. However, we were never called to the counter to verify or update any personal information. Had this been done, we would have informed staff that our phone number had recently changed. Additionally, I noticed that my brother’s name had been crossed out on the sign-in sheet, indicating that staff had in fact seen his name but still failed to notify us. Overall, the lack of communication and disregard for our presence was unacceptable and extremely disappointing. I hope this issue is addressed to prevent similar experiences for other patients.

Dentist offices aren’t my favorite, but I had the privilege to met Isaak and Dr.Moon and they make one heck of a team! Isaak and Dr.Moon made sure I had an understanding of all my treatment. And , I can’t wait to start my implant process! I’m so glad they offer a variety of services. Awesome job!

I went with my grandma to her appointment and she wanted all new teeth. We went to other offices and the prices was expensive and she didn’t feel comfortable and very nervous to do treatment then we came to see Dr.Moon and he planned implant dentures for her and the whole process was amazing she loves her new smile and the price was a lot better then anywhere else Dr.Moon and Issak made her feel comfortable with the whole treatment and she said her experience was very good! I highly recommend Dr.Moon and his staff to everybody.

My treatment with Dr.Moon was the best procedure I have ever got! I usually don’t like going to the dentist because everything hurts but I had to get my wisdom teeth out and honestly it was the best time I had at a dental office. Dr.Moon and his assistant did amazing, they took the time to have a conversation with me to calm me down and honestly it made me feel better about getting my treatment done with them, they didn’t treat me like patient they treated me like I was their family member and they were doing treatment on me! The procedure was quick and easy honestly didn’t feel anything! Dr.Moon did an amazing job
