I could not make it to my appointment and had it rescheduled online with a link they sent me.when it was the day of the appointment at 11am they denied me and said it was for new patients only...then why even send it? My mother told them I been in pain since 5am it was a Emergency And still refused and decided to Reschedule for the next day due to the doctor being a bit behind. I just went to a different dental place and they seen me immediately. Why is it one person doing the work?

Completely UNPROFESSIONAL! Had us waiting 2 hours for our appt then had the audacity to ask us to reschedule in the middle of my daughters teeth getting worked on! They specifically told me she would not get any shots in her mouth , when I return to the room “we had to put a shot in” like excuse me??? Do not take your kids here they are so unprofessional and LATE. No concern with others time.

This review is coming from someone who was extremely nervous about going to the dentist. I was very worried about the experience and also the potential pain I would feel since it had been years since I went to a dentist. This office is OUTSTANDING! From the moment I called them, the customer service was exceptional. Duc answered the phone and made me feel welcomed. I’m once I got there, I noticed how nice the staff was. They calmed my nerves and answered all of my questions. They personally came and spoke with me about different things outside of the dentist work I was having done and made me feel very comfortable. The doctor and assistants were amazing and so sweet. They gave me everything I needed to make sure that my experience was the best it could be. I will be bringing my children here now as well. 20 STARS FROM ME!!! I am also pregnant and they made sure to thoroughly make sure I was comfortable the entire time and Anita also helped me with my billing issues without me feeling rushed. I’m not sure how this dentist was operated under the previous management as I have seen some bad reviews from months ago but THEY WERE WONDERFUL with me now under new management. Great job and thank you for helping me have a beautiful smile again!!

This place is filthy! Dirty and fruit flies everywhere! The other day my grandma was getting her teeth taken out and a fly landed on her face. That is extremely unsanitary, I was so scared the fly would land in her mouth and cause her an infection. There is clearly something rotting in this office, and it needs to be looked into. The doctor was very nice and helpful but now we have to look for somewhere else to get our dental work because that was very alarming.

These young ladies working at front desk are not knowledgeable. There’s always a long wait to see the Dentist. I had already spoken with a young lady on 2 separate occasions the week prior to arriving for my service. However, I still had to wait for them to call to get the approval and it wasn’t approved once I arrived after already being told that it was ! It is very poor service to say the least ! It took 20-25 minutes of my time for her ti call the insurance . The drive time through all of the Arlington traffic was bad enough. Also, I live quite a distance from this location.
