I’m so grateful to the entire team for taking such great care of my mom when she was experiencing tooth pain. From the consultation to the extraction, everyone was kind, professional, patient, and reassuring. We were especially impressed that they were able to do the consultation and extraction on the same day, which made the whole experience so much easier for her. I have been trying to get ahold of the billing department for this office for a week now and nobody will return my calls. My husband and I both received bills from this office and when we called our insurance to check if we owed the amount or not we were told by our insurance that were overcharged and should not receive a bill but yet a refund. My husband is in the military and we know tricare is a bit tough to bill to but they should not take this insurance if they do not know how to bill correctly.

Dr. Lee did my fillings, and the experience was great. The procedure was quick and easy, and the staff made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Everyone was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Jefferson Dental and Dr. Lee.
