My dad had his first appointment here yesterday, and we were very impressed with the excellent customer service. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and professional. From Dr. Chawla to Dental Assistant Ashley and Manager Nancy, the service, care, and attention they provided were truly exceptional. My dad had been looking for a new dentist, and he finally found the right place! Thank you to the entire team for making his first visit such a positive experience. We highly recommend this office!

I took my friend in as she was in a lot of pain. Silvia filled out her paper work and everything went smoothly. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Silvia was helped by Elsi, Elsi was very helpful. Now I am able to see and hear my friend laugh again.

I just wanted to say that starting from the Manager Nancy she was great and answered all my questions for Kingston & myself, she was very knowledgeable and helped us with our insurance situation,then the Dental assistant Gyvonne Is always a sweetheart, always doing the Job in order & work well with the Children keeping them calm ☺️ and assisting the doctor ! !Now, let me tell you about The Top GOAT doctor Chawla, OK, this lady is incredible. First off Tell me how was She fixing King’s cavity at the same time pulled a tooth on the other side while I was watching and still missed it! 10-15 minutes Tops i’m telling y’all it was so fast nor the child nor me felt it. 20 stars for the doctor and let me tell you about the hygienist Afrah, of course her work is great always great but let me tell you what she taught me about me, something I’ve been doing 44 years incorrect, brushing my teeth, the direction and how I was doing it was wrong although I came for the child I would definitely be going back for myself. for the whole team that helped me out that day, 10. I strongly recommend avoiding Jefferson Dental for orthodontic treatment. I started braces treatment in April 2024 and, after more than two years, I have seen very little meaningful progress. They received over $4,500 from myself/insurance. Now, after two years, I was told they want another $1,500 to continue treatment. The communication and scheduling have also been terrible. I have shown up to appointments I made for orthodontics only to be told they were scheduled as regular dental appointments instead. Most recently, on June 29, 2026, I showed up and was not given proper notice that the orthodontic location had changed, which wasted my time and gas. In my opinion, this has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I feel like I paid thousands of dollars, lost my lifetime insurance benefit, and still do not have the results I was promised. I would not recommend Jefferson Dental for braces, orthodontic care, or dental care in general.
