My dad had his first appointment here yesterday, and we were very impressed with the excellent customer service. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and professional. From Dr. Chawla to Dental Assistant Ashley and Manager Nancy, the service, care, and attention they provided were truly exceptional. My dad had been looking for a new dentist, and he finally found the right place! Thank you to the entire team for making his first visit such a positive experience. We highly recommend this office!

Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Gyvonne was so sweet and polite, and Afrah was very professional and helpful, answering anything I was curious about. Dr. Cho also gave an entertaining yet insightful anecdote that will stick with me for sure. Definitely coming here again!

We have been coming here for a few years now and they always take care of my kiddos. Fast pace, knowledgeable, and work with schedule/pricing. Chawla is phenomenal, Afrah gives reminders of dental hygiene that's fun, Ashley has amazing patience, and Nancy is always there if you need it need anything. Glad to be here and willing to stay

I just wanted to say that starting from the Manager Nancy she was great and answered all my questions for Kingston & myself, she was very knowledgeable and helped us with our insurance situation,then the Dental assistant Gyvonne Is always a sweetheart, always doing the Job in order & work well with the Children keeping them calm ☺️ and assisting the doctor ! !Now, let me tell you about The Top GOAT doctor Chawla, OK, this lady is incredible. First off Tell me how was She fixing King’s cavity at the same time pulled a tooth on the other side while I was watching and still missed it! 10-15 minutes Tops i’m telling y’all it was so fast nor the child nor me felt it. 20 stars for the doctor and let me tell you about the hygienist Afrah, of course her work is great always great but let me tell you what she taught me about me, something I’ve been doing 44 years incorrect, brushing my teeth, the direction and how I was doing it was wrong although I came for the child I would definitely be going back for myself. for the whole team that helped me out that day, 10. I had a great experience at Jefferson Dental in Plano. The manager, Nancy, was incredibly helpful, organized, and welcoming from start to finish. Hygienist Afrah was gentle, thorough, and made me feel very comfortable during the visit. Dr. Chawla took the time to explain everything clearly and was professional, caring, and attentive. The entire team made the experience smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for quality dental care!
