After you become an established patient, good luck getting anyone to answer or call back. Long hold times, no response to voicenails or text replies. Prices online are not the same when you arrive.

If you are in pain and need immediate attention. This isn’t the place to go. Before setting an appointment, I was told it would $300. Not an estimate or starting at… a straight it’ll be $300. Get there, doctor says “tooth needs to come out, I can get it out today”. Front office staff walks, it’s $400 plus they need to reschedule because the doctor is really busy and I’ll be prescribed amoxicillin. Referenced back to what I was told and how I was in pain and with work I wasn’t sure when I could be back (I left work early and traveled 50 minutes) and I needed it out today. She replies back with “you can call us when you’re ready to reschedule or you can find another dentist.” Don’t waste your time, I read the bad reviews but gave the benefit of the doubt bc I was told I would get my treatment done. Just a waste of my time and looking for another dentist.

So the process was super simple. The back office had a bit of miscommunication and really discouraged me. But once I let go and let God and got too my appointment the staff were super friendly! The front desk was quick and informative. The doctor was very thorough and gentle. And the application process of my braces were seamless. I really love this orthodontist and recommend anyone who’s just moved to Dallas like myself or already in the area looking for an orthodontist to most definitely come to Somo💕

Very friendly people and did a great job on my teeth. Was a little long process but I guess to be cute takes time. 😂

If I could leave all the stars empty I would if I’ve known how this place operates I would have took my business elsewhere. My daughter has almost had her braces for a year with them and they are not good with scheduling and making appointments is pointless because I had to wait an hour after the front forgot to check us in. So please go elsewhere for ortho care
