What a great braces experience we've had at Gupta Orthodontics! In the beginning my daughter received a comprehensive assessment and there were no costs until we started treatment years later. The braces process has been made less painful by the wonderful staff and Dr Gupta's expertise. They are always ontime and efficient and listen to our concerns and needs. And the results are beautiful! Highly recommend!!

I met Dr. Gupta out at my gym, found out this super friendly guy was an orthodontist. He walked me through everything from contact, referral to a jaw surgeon and did all the ortho / prep work and refinement in between. Him and his staff are the best people, such kind souls. They worked with me on my budget, new insurance, changing from braces to Invisalign during surgery and I can’t say enough good things about this group of folks. Look no further for your ortho needs. If your dentist does ortho (and I love mine, she does ortho too) but I recommend going to the best of the best that specializes in this industry. Last thing that was a huge compliment from my surgeon, he said “Dr. Gupta is so talented. He could go to any major city in the country and within 5 years he’ll be one of the top orthodontists there no doubt”

This was my second time getting braces, and Dr. Gupta and his team made the process such a positive experience. Everyone, from the front desk to the clinical staff, was always kind, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Gupta is very personable, listened to all of my concerns at every appointment, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I’m so happy with my results and highly recommend this office!

Beware!! Would obviously give zero stars if I could. Went in for my very first consultation for my son’s braces so I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect. Let me be clear that Dr. Gupta and the coordinator were nice but at the end of the consult the coordinator was so pushy that she made me sign a document and made me put down a $50 deposit to secure the date for braces. Again I wasn’t sure how other offices worked because it was my first consult and I was forthcoming that I had other consults scheduled and I may not end up at your office for the braces after all. I was told that was fine and I could call back before the appointment date to cancel and I’d get my $50 deposit back. Now after my other consults I realized Dr Gupta’s office was not a good fit for us. I called the office to cancel and let them know we made the decision to go elsewhere and to refund my deposit money-I was told no problem. Here’s the fun part, not only did they charge me the deposit but also had my credit card info on file so I got charged 2 months in a row as I was on a payment plan AFTER I had called to communicate the cancellation. I called them back and they issued a refund but still not the full amount! PLEASE FIX THIS BEFORE I GET MY LAWYER INVOLVED!

A coworker recommended Dr. Gupta, and I’m so glad I took that recommendation. Dr. Gupta provided a one-year treatment plan, which was exactly what I was looking for, and it aligned perfectly with my goals for my teeth. We were able to put the braces on the same day, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Gupta and his entire team were amazing from scheduling appointments to the care I received throughout treatment. The experience was seamless and positive, and I would absolutely recommend Dr. Gupta for your orthodontic needs. My teeth are beautifully straight, and I couldn’t be happier with my smile.
