There are so many reasons our family loves Elvebak Orthodontists that it is hard to fit them all in here. I will try my best. The most important reason we love Elvebak is that they are kind to our children. It is scary for a child to visit an orthodontist. They are in a very vulnerable position when they are getting treatments. What I love about our preferred experts Rachel and Julian is that they understand how scared and vulnerable our children are when they come in for a treatment and how kind and gentle they are with our children. They try lot's of little techniques to put the kids at ease, to make it safe for our kids to speak up if anything doesn't feel right, to encourage our kids and to partner with us to support our kids after the appointment. Dental trauma is a real thing. If a child has a bad experience at the dentist, it can have a life-long impact. Rachel and Julian understand this. They understand that it is not important to just know how to perform the procedure, it is equally important to be a kind and caring human being, to check-in with the child and to adapt their approach to fit the needs of each child. This requires a very high degree of emotional intelligence, social intelligence and relational intelligence and they both have it in spades. I have also found Lexi and Amber to be very helpful. Each child might feel comfortable with a different expert and they help us schedule appointments with whoever our children feel safest with. There is a good technical system in place which sends us text reminders before our appointments. If you are looking for a place that is both competent and kind, you should check out Elvebak.

We love Dr. E. and the staff!! They are caring, compassionate, and thoruough. They are also fun to be around. My daughters have been in on some pranks with them and have gotten to witness the whole office laughing and enjoying a good joke. If you want a professional group with a light-hearted and comfortable atmosphere, this is the place to be. We highly recommend Elvebak Orthodontics!
