I'm glad I switch from Access Dental, to Smiley Dental, friendly staff. Dr explain treatment, prices!! Prices are very affordable even with financing available, threw Sunbelt.. I don't feel I will regret leaving Access Dental especially after being loyal customer for over decade with all my children, I wish I knew about this place sooner. It was hard to switch but when you had enough of poor work ethic an when Dr. Violate HIPPA regulations and what ruined it for them was when the Dr spoke so loud about my oral medical issues. It left me super embarrassed. I just couldn't believe how loud she said some stuff out loud. 😫 That is the past. I just know right now I have this dentist to care for me and my family. And I'm thankful. I know access dental never wish to accidentally do some things but it happened an I don't want to experience it again. I'm thankful because even with my wisdom tooth pulled , an fillings I still walked out there with a smile on my face, very little pain. I had a great experience at Smiley Dental. I was extremely nervous and having a panic attack before my procedure, but the entire staff was so kind, patient, and understanding. Everyone treated me with compassion and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. A special thank you to the dental assistant who stayed with me and helped keep me calm when I was scared. Her reassurance and kindness made a huge difference and helped me get through the appointment. Dr. Reyes was wonderful as well. He explained everything clearly, was gentle during the procedure, and made me feel like I was in good hands. The whole team showed genuine care for their patients, and I am very grateful for the support I received. I highly recommend Smiley Dental to anyone, especially if you get anxious about dental visits. Thank you all for taking such good care of me! ❤️🦷

The team at Smiley Dental and Orthodontics treated me with courtesy and respect. From the initial call, to the invite as a walk-in customer, the verbal evaluation, the paperwork, the finance arrangement, ($65 down and $68 a month for 6 months) the X-ray, the tooth extraction, and prescription filled. All this under 3hrs on a Saturday morning where I woke up In excruciating tooth pain. Super sweet staff! Thank you, thank you , thank you!!! Rare service and courtesy. I highly recommend them and hope you experience what I experienced.

Tooth extraction was quick. Office staff was so kind and made us feel welcomed. I really appreciate the staff going out of their way to be helpful and make my daughter feel comfortable. Everyone we encountered was helpful and smiling. I highly recommend Smiley Dental.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More than 5 stars! From the moment I called to schedule an appointment for my husband, our experience at Smiley Dental Orthodontics was exceptional. They were able to get him in the same day, and the service only got better from there. Walking into the office, we immediately felt welcomed. Dr. Reyes and his assistant were incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring. My husband was having a big wisdom tooth removed along with a cracked tooth, and they handled everything with such care. They worked quickly but always made sure he was comfortable, constantly checking in and offering breaks throughout the entire procedure. Abel, the office manager, was absolutely wonderful, sweet, empathetic, and so understanding when it came to discussing finances. He helped us set up a payment plan without any pressure, which meant so much. It’s rare to find medical professionals who show this level of compassion and understanding. We truly don’t think we could go anywhere else for future dental visits or procedures. Thank you, Smiley Dental, for treating us like family! Highly recommend!
