⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More than 5 stars! From the moment I called to schedule an appointment for my husband, our experience at Smiley Dental Orthodontics was exceptional. They were able to get him in the same day, and the service only got better from there. Walking into the office, we immediately felt welcomed. Dr. Reyes and his assistant were incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring. My husband was having a big wisdom tooth removed along with a cracked tooth, and they handled everything with such care. They worked quickly but always made sure he was comfortable, constantly checking in and offering breaks throughout the entire procedure. Abel, the office manager, was absolutely wonderful, sweet, empathetic, and so understanding when it came to discussing finances. He helped us set up a payment plan without any pressure, which meant so much. It’s rare to find medical professionals who show this level of compassion and understanding. We truly don’t think we could go anywhere else for future dental visits or procedures. Thank you, Smiley Dental, for treating us like family! Highly recommend!

Always a great time here and I love the dentist and the dental assistants. They are very thorough and personable! Dr. Reyes always voices his concerns in a nice way without making you feel shamed. I love coming here and always look forward to my next appointment! ♡ ♡ ◡̈

Tooth extraction was quick. Office staff was so kind and made us feel welcomed. I really appreciate the staff going out of their way to be helpful and make my daughter feel comfortable. Everyone we encountered was helpful and smiling. I highly recommend Smiley Dental.

The service and procedures were great...but claim for insurance and financial department... not so much. I was told my insurance approved everything when in fact they were never contacted for approval. I'm not sure of the proper terminology but my insurance said the requested multiple times, to include a letter I took in person, for certain information they needed to submit claim. That was back in January...we're in March now. My claim was denied and I had to reopen it. They tried contacting the dental office and were hung up on or not answered. I must also mention that I was told to open a Sunbit loan account to pay same day to schedule a procedure. I have never dealt with this type of stuff before but what my insurance tells me is if they dont submit their requested items they committing a type of insurance fraud. I will be looking into insurance claim fraud lawyers and be updating this post.

Great experience at Smiley Dental. I didn’t have to wait past my appointment time. Dr Reyes and his staff were very conscience of my comfort throughout. And were very kind. I had a cleaning and a filling done.
