I’ve had a great experience with this orthodontist office. The entire team is friendly, professional, and very welcoming every time I come in. They take the time to explain everything and make sure you’re comfortable during each visit. I recently got gold braces and they helped me choose colors that make my teeth look even whiter, which I love. The appointments are quick, organized, and the office runs very smoothly. Highly recommend this place if you’re considering braces!

Staff not friendly and do not know proper protocol. Needed a referral and provided the form WITHOUT the signature from the dentist which was needed so needed to wait until they were free which took a couple hours because they were busy. Different location even took in new patients and closed a week later and couldn't retrieve xrays to send over so had to retake all of them. Very unprofessional experience. Those records should've still been in the system. Front desk very unhelpful too. Do not recommend

Went in to get my crown done and couldn’t be more happier with the results I had a really great experience at Brident Dental and Orthodontics while getting my crown put in. Everyone made the process feel easy and comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Sakshie was amazing—very gentle, patient, and thorough, and she explained everything along the way so I knew exactly what was happening. Geisha, the assistant, was incredibly kind and reassuring, which helped calm my nerves and made the appointment much more comfortable. Esbeida at the front desk was also wonderful—super friendly, helpful, and made checking in and scheduling a breeze. I’m truly thankful for the care I received and so happy to have a nice smile again. It feels great to feel confident smiling, and I really appreciate the entire team for making that possible. I would definitely recommend Brident Dental and Orthodontics to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental office.

The clinical care was fine, but I was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding costs. I was initially presented with a $1,700 treatment plan for a deep cleaning and told my only options were to pay in full or use a payment plan. After doing my own research, I discovered $1,300 of that bill was for 'optional' add-ons (perio trays and irrigation) that were never explained as such. Once I requested the standard procedure covered by my HMO, the bill dropped to $385. If you choose to come here, make sure to ask for an itemized list of what is 'medically required' vs. 'optional' before signing. This is critical. The American Dental Association (ADA) principles of Patient Autonomy and Veracity (Truthfulness) require dentists to involve patients in treatment decisions and provide "reasonable alternatives." By presenting a $1,700 "bundle" as a binary choice—Pay in full vs. Monthly installments —without mentioning that 80% of the cost was optional, they essentially bypassed my right to informed consent. In medical terms, they offered the "Gold Standard" treatment but disguised it as the "Only Standard". Unsurprisingly, they took away the first quote that had a patient copy, so I do not still have that on my hands. Attached is evidence of the removed optional irrigation and periodontic medicament trays that insurance does not cover, which would have added $1,300 to the bill.

Great service from everyone. They helped me with all my needs and even got me in for a cleaning. From Kizami with the financing to everyone else. Thank you guys so much for all the help and patience you guys had. Highly recommend!
