Poor communication. Extremely poor customer service and seems to be incapable of resolving billing discrepancies. Even my insurance representative made mention of how the supervisor was not paying attention to what he was explaining to her regarding incorrect billing. She was talking to people in the background while the insurance rep was explaining the issue to her. She then placed us on hold for nearly an hour before the insurance rep and I hung up the call. To this day there's still no resolution.

Excellent service and rapport. They were very amenable to any exceptions or questions I had about my braces, even over multiple years, the process was very smooth. 👍

Absolutely not. Sketchy for a bunch of reasons. It's very clear this place is a corporate cash grab hellscape. They want you to sign a form that says you can't take them to trial if they screw up. The call center scheduled me for the completely wrong thing. They're just trying to push those of us with crappy insurance through the doors for a profit. Bad vibes in the waiting room as well. Save yourself the trouble and do not go here.

I came in waited 2 hours to not have a single procedure done because they wanted to uncharge me other activities that had nothing to do with my visit. This place is predatory in its practice. How can you refuse general service based on my coverage because you are trying to force me to take a premium procedure.
