Outstanding Experience at Brident Dental! I can't say enough good things about my recent visit to Brident Dental. This was the first time I've ever had an extraction with absolutely no pain - it was easily the best experience you could possibly have for this type of procedure. The entire team was exceptional. Melissa was truly informative and caring throughout the entire process, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for. The doctor who performed my procedure was excellent as well, demonstrating both skill and professionalism. If you're looking for a dental practice that combines technical expertise with genuine compassion, I highly recommend Brident Dental.
Staff is great! I never sit down for more than 5 min in the waiting room, and I’ve had many complications with my teeth that they have taken care of so kindly and fast. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a kind, quick and efficient dental office!
Very sketchy place. I scheduled an appointment for a routine cleaning. They refused to clean my teeth, and stated I needed an expensive deep cleaning. Went with another provider with no issues and a “deep cleaning “ was not recommended . This might be the dealership of dentistry; pushing sales/expensive procedures. There might be some fraud going on here. I will reach to the Texas Attorney General’s Office to look into this business. There are former patients claiming similar occurrences.
Horrible experience. I had a wisdom tooth removal scheduled, clearly quoted, and agreed upon in advance. When I arrived, the office suddenly added an “optional” treatment that I had never been informed about beforehand. I declined because it was not covered by insurance, so they refused to perform the extraction unless I agreed to the additional procedure. As a result, my bill jumped from $253 to $2,119, which is completely unacceptable. No patient should be pressured into unnecessary, non-covered treatments as a condition for receiving care that was already scheduled and quoted. This practice feels misleading and unethical. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Proceed with extreme caution.
I had an appointment as a first-time patient for a cleaning, and when I arrived, the receptionist told me there was a one-hour wait because they were backed up. I asked if anyone could’ve at least called to notify me before I came in, and she didn’t even know. There was no courtesy apology, no concern for the poor communication, just told me I could either reschedule or wait. Very disappointing experience, especially for a first visit. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back.
