What really stood out was their attention to detail. The dentist and team took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was well cared for throughout my visit. I do like the one on N. 10th St. Staff is friendly and respond to any questions. Also the orthodontist is nice and professional. However Ive been to the one on S.10th St. and they are not at all professional, they were rude to my son who went in for extractions of wisdom teeth and came out with a mouth full of blood. He was in immense pain, they didn't give him anything for swelling or pain. When I went to the pharmacy to pick up his prescription it wasn't even ready. They hadn't received the order. I didn't even speak to a nurse or dentist when I went in. The receptionist left me sketchy. She didn't know anything.

Outstanding Experience at Brident Dental! I can't say enough good things about my recent visit to Brident Dental. This was the first time I've ever had an extraction with absolutely no pain - it was easily the best experience you could possibly have for this type of procedure. The entire team was exceptional. Melissa was truly informative and caring throughout the entire process, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for. The doctor who performed my procedure was excellent as well, demonstrating both skill and professionalism. If you're looking for a dental practice that combines technical expertise with genuine compassion, I highly recommend Brident Dental.

They will do services without your consent and then bill you the full amount later…wayyy later. They performed services we explicitly asked them not to on multiple occasions and now almost two years later are sending us a bill for what the insurance didn’t cover. We were clear that we wanted to avoid what they insurance didn’t cover and yet they ignored us and performed those services without our knowledge or consent.
