Wanted to like this place. And it wasn’t ALL bad. But both times I came in, I wasn’t seen for 45 minutes + . I can tell the receptionist is overworked, but the communication wasn’t clear about what was about to happen or how pay was going to be handled. Sometimes they’d just leave me waiting in the patient room for a while and it seemed no one was aware enough to check on me or at least tell me what was going on. They seemed nice, just overworked and ultimately, disorganized.

If I could give less than one star, I would. My experience with this entire practice has been extremely disappointing. I scheduled an appointment for orthodontic services, only to arrive and find that no orthodontist was available. After taking time out of my day, I was told this location only provides orthodontic services one day a week, which is already very limiting. What made the experience even more concerning was the conversation I had with the front desk staff. I was told that the Arlington office was the only location that could adequately meet my needs. I was also given negative opinions about other nearby offices, including being told not to go to one location because the orthodontist there "is no good" and another because the orthodontist is "about to quit." I found those comments to be unprofessional. Patients should be given factual information and options, not discouraged from seeking care at other locations. Most disappointing of all, there was no real effort to accommodate me after the scheduling error. No sense of urgency was shown to make the situation right, whether by finding another appointment that worked with my schedule or offering a reasonable solution after I had already been inconvenienced. The lack of communication, coordination, and customer service throughout this experience was unacceptable. I cannot recommend this practice based on how my appointment was handled.

Ms.Camille made sure I was able to get my cleaning done as well as wire put in for my braces ! If anybody is going to manage the office it should be her at all times! Very professional , very nice , and amazingly skilled with her communication . Thank you Ms.Camille

Originally I had left a negative review because of a error in how the price was quoted, which did cause me some trouble and I feel probably could have been handled better, I feel that's over shadowed by how pleasant all of my visits there were, aswell as how good the work was. I was in a hurry and they accommodated that while also delivering a beautifully made crown, which I don't like how much I paid for or how long I waited, I can say that it was well made and placed very well even in a hurry. The dentist is very amiable and pleasant to be around and thr assistant was also very friendly. Overall dispute the initial mistakes in pricing I feel they overshadow it with excellent workmanship and a generally helpful as well as understanding demeanor.

The office manager was very patient, knowledgeable, and welcoming. She got me in quickly and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and professional. The dentist was extremely patient and took the time to educate me about my dental health and the procedures that were recommended. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time, and they made me feel completely at ease without any judgment. They explained everything clearly and helped me feel confident about the treatment that was necessary. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental team.
