Customer service misled my wife into believing they accepted our insurance, even booking future appointments for my wife and I. Only to be told upon arriving, "Yeah, we don't accept this insurance". What a waste of time. Disappointing to say the least.

Just so you know, they only accept PPOs, Medicare, and Medicaid. I’m not holding anything against them, it’s just incorrectly listed in the Humana system and despite me listing them as my PCD, it just didn’t work out. Sucky system, I can’t say anything about the office itself. If I didn’t have to list stars and just write about my experience I would.
