I absolutely love this place The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and the doctors were so great. I had a tooth extraction and I had the best experience ever! Definitely recommend.

Dishonest. Is the first word I would use to describe how they do business here. I made an appointment to have a tooth pulled when I cracked a wisdom tooth. They happily scheduled me for the very next day and I arrived with relief that I would finally be rid of the pain. I was a new patient so I did the usual song and dance of filling out the paper work and providing my insurance info. When I was called back I was escorted into the x-ray room. Unusual I thought. I was just getting a tooth pulled. The attendant advised to just get it out of the way for future appointments. Then I was brought into the procedure room where I met the dentist and she said they would be doing a gum check. "I just need my tooth pulled". "I need to check your gums first before we talk about pulling your tooth." She proceeded to check my gums and after she was finished she proceeded to tell me that the Dr. Who does the tooth pulling only comes in once a month th and would not be in for 3 weeks. I was blown away. They put me through all that only to give the news afterwards so they could charge my insurance. Dishonest. The staff was plenty friendly. But I wond do business with people who are dishonest about their intentions.

It's not a good place to go and see the dentist I don't recommend that dentist to nobody The reception is don't explain how much you're going to be charge. It's not worth two pennies

We had a great experience at Brighton dental. Our tech was great. I love how she was very gentle with my daughter. She also explains exactly what she is going to do with my daughter’s braces. After going here for a year I have reconsider my review…they put the wrong braces on my daughter. They put gold instead of silver. My daughter was seen by the specialist and front personal had not done their job correctly getting a referral information on time to see the specialist. trying to get a hold of the at the office is hard, they don’t ever answer the phone, it goes to the corporate office and even though they are open corporate always says they are closed. Waiting in the front area, I can hear the front desk telling patients they can’t be seen do to unable to verify insurances which is incorrect, you can verify insurances over the phone with automated system or online. I know this working in healthcare industry. Front end does not know how to be professional talking in Spanish about patients when they think others don’t speak Spanish. Since being there I’ve seen so much turnover in this office.
