Awesome staff Awesome doctor I was so scared and my anxiety was threw the roof because I had a horrible experience at Hwy 30 Dental when I had to get an extraction but everybody at Brighten Dental were great and they made sure I was comfortable and he did my extraction with zero pain and no problem at all I will be using them from now on

Highly recommend their services. Jenni the receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

The staff is really kind. Love the play area they have in the waiting room. The dentist and assistants are really nice and do a great job of explaining things.

I really love this Brident location. They are always really friendly and do so well with my toddler. The fact that coming to the Dentist isn’t scary for him, says a lot.

Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I called hours in advance to schedule a new patient appointment for a dental issue I was having and was told my insurance was verified, in-network, and that I was all set for a 10 a.m. appointment. When I arrived, I provided my ID and insurance information and completed the new patient paperwork. After finishing, I was called back to the front desk and told that my insurance benefits were not showing up, that insurance offices are closed on Saturdays, and that they were fully booked anyway so I could not be seen. This was extremely frustrating because I was told over the phone that everything was verified and I was good to go. On top of that, the way this information was communicated in person felt very unconvincing, and vague. Literally within minutes of leaving, I contacted another dental office. They CLEARLY explained how insurance verification works, what this dental office failed to do and helped me understand the situation properly, and were able to get me scheduled and fully set up within a couple of hours. My time was wasted due to miscommunication and lack of proper follow-through. I hope other patients don’t experience the same issue.
