Overall I had a good experience here. I did arrive about 13 minutes late, but it still took about an hour before I was called back for X-rays. Once I was seen though, the doctor was very informative and took the time to clearly explain everything I need done with my teeth, which I really appreciated. The front desk staff who explained the insurance and payment plan options to me was also very helpful and informative. The only thing I think could use some improvement is the phone system — I tried calling ahead to let them know I was running late but couldn’t reach anyone directly. Other than that, the visit went well and I’m excited to start my journey toward fixing my teeth and improving my dental health.
I had an appointment at 9 AM and I arrived at 9:00 AM (on time) for my braces this morning, and they made me wait 50 minutes at the front desk and 30 minutes in the room, totaling over an hour. Now 10:20 and I am still waiting :))). Because many people don't want to wait long, they want to make an appointment. So, you make appointments and then make us wait a long time? What's the purpose of making us make appointments?
Josalynn and Staff were excellent! Appointment was smooth and informative! This is the first time I have actual hope in getting help with the Hypodontia and finding an affordable way to finally fix such a source of embarrassment my teeth! Thank you...
I came here recently to have a couple extractions. The wait times are long as people have stated. Front desk staff was helpful. Dentist was fine, no issues. Surgeon for my second appointment and extractions was great. He was kind, knowledgeable, and informative. He even got bedside permission to take an infected tooth free of charge. As the surgeon was getting ready for the extractions, he let one of the dental assistants know that he was taking that tooth as well. She stated it wasn’t on the chart, and he told her he knew and that he got permission, which he did. The assistant then said “is it buy four get one free?” and I heard that. I was under a great amount of the “laughing gas” but I could still hear. I looked over toward her slightly where she stood on my right, and then she said “is she not wearing her headphones?” No. No I was not. This is one reason why people have a hard time going to the dentist. The weird judgmental mean girl behaviour is beyond unnecessary.
Everyone at this location made me feel like I was the only person in the world! I’m so happy with Brident and I will be posting before and after photos so to be continued….
