The staff here is incredible! Kim is the sweetest most caring person I’ve ever met at a dental office. She put me at ease. Joselyn is very kind and patient. And Dr. Kim explained thoroughly what was going on and what he suggest for a plan going forward. He was kind as well. Thank you so much!

For over 15 and a half years, my daughter and I trusted Dr. Pack with our dental care. We originally followed him from the old Arlington location and even visited multiple Brident locations and other dental offices before finally finding him again at the E Lancaster office in Fort Worth. Despite the long drive and having many closer options, we continued going there because of Dr. Pack’s professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for his patients. Dr. Pack always took the time to explain procedures thoroughly and treated my highly sensitive daughter with patience and compassion long before we even had answers regarding her health conditions. As a parent, that level of care meant everything to me. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the office felt disorganized. The front desk staff seemed inattentive, the restroom was not properly maintained, the toilet was dirty, and there was no soap available, which is very concerning in a medical/dental setting. We were never informed that Dr. Pack was absent. Another dentist came in without introducing himself, never explained anything, and left the room without discussing my daughter’s condition or even saying goodbye. The assistant finished the procedure alone, and my daughter even ended up holding the suction tube herself. A week later, during an orthodontist appointment referred by Dr. Pack years ago, we learned my daughter has a fractured molar severe enough to delay treatment. The orthodontist immediately identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and showed us the images. This left me wondering why the covering dentist failed to notice or mention it just days earlier. This experience made it very clear how much Dr. Pack’s professionalism, ethics, leadership, and genuine care shaped that office for so many years. Brident Dental truly lost an exceptional dentist, and after this experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Thank you, Dr. Pack, for over 15 years of outstanding care and dedication. You will truly be missed.

Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I called hours in advance to schedule a new patient appointment for a dental issue I was having and was told my insurance was verified, in-network, and that I was all set for a 10 a.m. appointment. When I arrived, I provided my ID and insurance information and completed the new patient paperwork. After finishing, I was called back to the front desk and told that my insurance benefits were not showing up, that insurance offices are closed on Saturdays, and that they were fully booked anyway so I could not be seen. This was extremely frustrating because I was told over the phone that everything was verified and I was good to go. On top of that, the way this information was communicated in person felt very unconvincing, and vague. Literally within minutes of leaving, I contacted another dental office. They CLEARLY explained how insurance verification works, what this dental office failed to do and helped me understand the situation properly, and were able to get me scheduled and fully set up within a couple of hours. My time was wasted due to miscommunication and lack of proper follow-through. I hope other patients don’t experience the same issue.

I waited over 2 hours just to have a CT scan. I was referred from another location that didn't the equipment for it. I made my appointment three weeks in advance and was treated very poorly on the phone each time I called to confirm and set up my appointment. The receptionists were rude and condescending. At no point did they ask for a referral form, I was told from the other location that they sent it at the time of my visit, 3 weeks ago, so I assumed they had it already. I did speak to the call center service and they are actually much kinder. If you can deal with them versus the Brident dental locations receptionist, you'll have a much kinder experience. However information will fall through the cracks as they are not the dental office. It's better than being talked to like you're an idiot from someone who doesn't know how to do their own job. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment to fill out paperwork. When I got here, I was hardly looked at as she wouldn't look away from the computer, I told her I was here for a CT scan from another office, she gave me no paperwork and told me to take a seat. I did as I was told and 45 minutes after being in the office, 30 minutes after my appointment start time, the receptionist gives me paperwork to fill out, saying she forgot. I realized it was identical to my other office so I asked if I really needed to fill it out? She said yes. Once I was done they asked for my referral form, now having been in the office for almost an hour. I didn't not have a physical copy of the referral, I was told it was sent via email. She tried to find it in her email but could not and had to wait for another one to be sent. After another 20-30 minutes, I get up and asked if they'd received it yet and they said yes they're just waiting on the doctor.. Another 10-15 minutes pass without a word, so I asked how much longer it might be, its now 12:40. They said The doctor is finishing up with another procedure it would be another 15 minutes. It was another 30 minutes before I was taken back. It took less than 5 minutes for them to scan me. I didn't even have to be taken back into a room I was scanned right next to the receptionists that failed to ask for the appropriate paperwork in a timely manner. Which is fine, it just seems like a very simple easy procedure for them to have taken so long to do. They filled up the waiting room in front of me and emptied it twice while I was sitting there. They had emptied it almost entirely the first time before they realized they didn't even have my paperwork and called me to fill it out. Worst of all, they don't take any accountability. I don't know how they are still open considering how badly they've continuously failed at being a professional business at my every interaction with this location. It seems that all brident dental locations are unprofessional but this one takes the cake. I wasn't done until 1:25 pm. 2 hours 30 minutes from the start of my scheduled appointment. 2 hours and 45 minutes from the time I showed up. Almost 3 hours for a 5-minute scan. Go somewhere else, I promise you won't regret it, but you'll regret coming here.

I had an appointment at 9 AM and I arrived at 9:00 AM (on time) for my braces this morning, and they made me wait 50 minutes at the front desk and 30 minutes in the room, totaling over an hour. Now 10:20 and I am still waiting :))). Because many people don't want to wait long, they want to make an appointment. So, you make appointments and then make us wait a long time? What's the purpose of making us make appointments?
