I was very disappointed in this office on Horne. This was my first and last visit. I didn't like the way the x-ray cubbie was in a general area where people are constantly walking back and forth while my mouth was open. There is no door or curtain for privacy or protection from germs. I went in for a cleaning and consultation. My appointment was scheduled for 4pm. Then was told they would have to reschedule my cleaning because there was no time for a cleaning. I am always busy and my time is very limited. Why would they schedule me for a cleaning at 4 if there is not enough time. It was a complete waste of my time. I hope they make improvements on the hallway x-ray cubbie.

I had the absolute WORST experience with this office and did not even walk inside ! This specific location lost me as a patient before my treatment even began — all because of Yazmin (Office manager). During a phone call, she was extremely rude, condescending, and dismissive. That is absolutely unacceptable, especially when patients are investing thousands of dollars into treatment. I am now looking into choosing a totally different dentist office outside of this brand after being a Mint patient for 7 years. The after effects of how I was treated has caused me to immediately cancel my order of Invisalign and demand a refund from the down payment I had already paid. Corporate has been notified , but the damage is already done. Yazmin’s behavior cost Mint not only my business, but also any future referrals I might have given. If this is the standard of professionalism at this office, patients should think very carefully before trusting them with their care. Respect is non-negotiable, and I did not get it here.

The staff is amazing. Nice, friendly & warm. The Dr is phenomenal. The team takes their time & make sure that you're good. The one in Fort Worth on Berry & 820. That's the place to go.

I’ll probably change my review to a 5 because everyone who I’ve come in contact with so far have been so nice, respectful, and patient with me. But this one lady I haven’t seen at the desk before with plastic sparkle strings in her ponytail had an expression full of attitude and unnecessary hand gestures when talking about how much I’d owe to another staff member. It’s as if she was the one that had to pay 500. The dentist there is so sweet and so or most of the staff as well as Kathy.

I want to start off the staff is very friendly but I have had the worst experience starting off in Invisalign was only suppose to be for 9 months which turned into a yr and half and with in that year in a half I saw like 5 different orthodontist. I am now in traditional braces for now 1 year and I am being told now after 2 1/2 years that I apparently have 2 different ways I bite and now I am need jaw surgery or remove 2 teeth. WHY just now telling me this. This has been so stressful and the outcome still am not happy with the way my teeth look. Oh and not to mention after being told the cost was one amount then when i was switched to the traditional braces I was told I would be charged more money. I just want teeth fixed and so over all this mess. I regret ever doing this.
