My experience at Smile 360 was beyond 5 stars. From start to finish, the entire team made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. A special thank you to Dr. Vincent for his exceptional care. His approach to treatment is truly amazing. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me confidence and peace of mind throughout the process. His attention to detail and commitment to providing the best possible outcome exceeded my expectations. I would also like to recognize Lindy for her kindness, professionalism, and outstanding patient care. She was always warm, helpful, and made every visit a pleasant experience. Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist made a big difference throughout my treatment journey. What I love most about Smile 360 is that the name truly reflects their approach to patient care. Had an adult tongue tie revision here (and upper lip tie) and it’s insane how much it’s changed in only 4 weeks. The pictures alone show how crazy the difference is already and I’m still healing (and working with the myofunctional therapist consistently to work on strength and addressing imbalance of muscles after so many years restricted)! The entire process was great. I loved that they required prep work and it made a huge difference. The procedure itself went well and I was talked through every step. Highly recommend getting evaluated at least if you think you have a tongue restriction affecting various issues. For me it was my jaw tension, neck/shoulders, and unbeknownst to me, my breathing. Picture are right before the procedure and 4 weeks healed.

I am sincerely grateful for Dr. Ip’s exceptional care. He has assisted my entire family with airway concerns, including our one-week-old daughter. Dr. Ip performed a tongue and lip tie release, which immediately improved breastfeeding. Additionally, he has helped my husband manage his sleep apnea through the introduction of the Vivos appliance, and he has also provided Invisalign treatment to straighten my teeth. Dr. Ip and his assistant, Shae, are highly skilled and dedicated professionals. From the moment you arrive, Lindy makes you feel welcomed and valued. I highly recommend Smile360 and would trust no one else with my family’s dental and airway health.

I’ve been a patient here for several years, and every visit has been an incredibly positive experience. From the front desk staff to the dental hygienists and Dr. Ip, everyone is consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming. I’m especially thankful for the care they provided when I chipped a molar during my pregnancy. It was a stressful situation, but they took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process feel calm and manageable. I also really appreciate their holistic approach to dental care. They do a great job explaining how oral health connects to overall wellness, including sleep and they emphasize preventative care. They thoroughly explain all options, including Invisalign, without ever pressuring you and they make sure you feel informed and confident in your decisions. This is a kind, knowledgeable, and professional dental practice and easily one of the best dentist experiences I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I've been going to Dr. Ip for about 7 years now and wanted to thank him and his staff for the wonderful job they do. Dr. Ip loves dentistry and wants to make sure he provides excellent care to all of his patients. He is always furthering his knowledge by attending all the cutting edge lectures and uses high quality materials at his office. See you in 6 months. As a disclaimer, I am in oral surgeon in Austin and have worked at Smile 360 in the past. However, this is the only Google review I've written for a dental office and I do keep coming back to his office for care.
