Call and got an appointment scheduled for the following day. My consultation was simply, x rays and etcs, the staff lady that assisted me can’t remember her name was nice. Doctor voice my concerns without me having to say my issues. She straight to the point.

Very first visit and everything was a great. We had a wonderful experience ,this office was very good choice. The staff were very helpful and thorough. I am happy we came here. My son and myself were comfortable and didn’t feel rushed. Everything was explained ,so we didn’t need to ask a ton of questions. Highly recommend.

The environment is great! They’re an extremely knowledgeable staff and my entire process has been pretty smooth sailing! Signed… an adult with braces 😂 tip: If you’re unsure what color… always go SILVER!!!

Don’t go to this orthodontist! When my daughter got braces (Bartlett location) they told me that she would only have to wear them for 18 months and wouldn’t need any additional treatment. Then after they removed them, they said she would DEFINITELY need phase two of treatment, which involved her getting braces AGAIN when she was older. I took her for a check up a few weeks later, and was told that they were starting the process of giving her a permanent retainer on her bottom teeth. They just kept adding treatments! It was getting ridiculous, so I got a second opinion. It turns out that she doesn’t currently need a permanent retainer and may not even need a second phase of treatment. My son also had treatment there. They did lots of work on his teeth (braces, headgear, etc.) and they still look bad. The Westrock staff told me that they didn’t get the results they wanted & they couldn’t do anything else for him until he finished growing. When I took him for a second opinion, I found out that he needed an oral surgeon to remove three baby teeth. The Westrock staff never even noticed this! I also found out that more could be done to straighten his teeth until he finished growing. Don’t waste your time going to this orthodontist. Find another one!

West Rock made mine and my son’s journey a very pleasant experience. Everyone in the office was always professional and very informative. I will 100% recommend West Rock.
