Very first visit and everything was a great. We had a wonderful experience ,this office was very good choice. The staff were very helpful and thorough. I am happy we came here. My son and myself were comfortable and didn’t feel rushed. Everything was explained ,so we didn’t need to ask a ton of questions. Highly recommend.

Very helpful. Upon arrival, I was greeted by KJ, who took my X-rays and introduced me to Dr. Franklin. Dr. Franklin clearly explained the necessary procedures and outlined my treatment plan. KJ patiently guided me through the financing options. Soon after, my top brackets were applied, and I received thorough instructions on how to care for my new braces

Very friendly staff, Doctor was so helpful and informative when I took my son in for his consultation. He has a rare genetic condition where he is missing adult about 6 adult teeth. It is going to be a long road ahead but I'm very excited for them to start my boy's new smile journey!

My appointment was scheduled on a Tuesday and they got my daughter in the next day and put her braces on. They were very informative and made the her visit painless. I love this place.

The Westrock Orthodontic has an amazing staff and excellent doctor. The staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Franklin was professional, very knowledgeable and did a great job at explaining my daughter's treatment plan. In just one visit, they made us feel like family.
