Ka’Miyah is amazing! She was very thorough in answering all of my inquisitive questions. She is incredibly patient and brings a sense of calmness and comfort to every interaction. Dr. S. Harris is professional, knowledgeable, and has a unique way of explaining the treatment plan. He paints a clear picture and tells the story of your treatment in a way that draws you in and keeps your attention. Imagine your favorite storyteller growing up—someone who made every story easy to follow and memorable. That’s the experience I had. His approach helps you understand not only what is happening, but why it matters, which encourages you to stay engaged, compliant, and educated throughout the process. I also can’t forget the Financial Manager. She has been with Westrock for 12 years, and it truly shows. She handles each patient with such a sweet, humble spirit that immediately puts you at ease when discussing financial options and payment plans. What can often be a stressful conversation feels comfortable and reassuring because of her kindness and professionalism. The entire team at Westrock Orthodontics made me feel valued, informed, and supported. From the receptions at the desk to me leaving my appointment I felt apart. I highly recommend them to anyone considering orthodontic treatment!

Ms. Crystal was the best, you can tell she has kids or is a big family person because she was very reassuring and respectful! Any time she did something that she thought was going to hurt she let me know beforehand and asked if i was okay. She was also the first person to give me the option to brush my teeth (idk if that means they were really dirty lol) but such a kind gesture! Has great humor and just very kind, please Westrock keep her around and give her a raise!!!!

Dr. Harris is amazing. He was very knowledgeable of the dental treatment plan for my daughter, he explained everything to her so that she would be comfortable and will be well aware of the next steps. I didn’t have to wait a long time in the waiting room, the receptionist was very friendly.

I can't recommend Ms. Natalie enough! She was incredibly kind and communicative throughout the entire visit. She has such a warm, positive energy but carries herself in such a mature, professional way that instantly put me at ease. She explained everything clearly, listened to all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. It's rare to find someone who's both this personable and this skilled. She's genuinely amazing, a total keeper! If you're looking for a dentist who actually cares, she's the one.

I had the best experience! The assistant Crystal was excellent and very knowledgeable. Dr. Harris was great as well. Glad I picked Westrock University to take care of all my needs. My teeth are looking great so far! Thanks guys!
