I had an amazing experience at Timmons Orthodontics in Little Rock. I recently had my braces removed, and the results are better than I imagined. I came in wanting to close a hereditary gap in my teeth, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. From day one, the staff treated me like family—always patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in my progress. Dr. Timmons is personable, hilarious, and laid back, which made every visit comfortable and enjoyable. Their professionalism, care, and attention to detail made the entire journey smooth and positive. I’m truly grateful and would highly recommend Timmons Orthodontics to anyone looking for exceptional orthodontic care.

I do not recommend this orthodontic office based on my experience with high-pressure sales tactics and excessive charges compared to industry standards. During the consultation, the doctor spoke negatively about my daughter’s previous orthodontic treatment and made comments that felt manipulative and inappropriate for a medical setting. He questioned whether I wanted “the best” for my daughter or simply wanted to “save the situation,” which created unnecessary pressure and anxiety. This approach made me uncomfortable and rushed me into agreeing to schedule a follow-up appointment. To secure that appointment, scheduled for a month later, I was required to pay $740 as an initial treatment charge. After the appointment, I conducted further research and contacted several local orthodontic offices. I learned that most provide consultations and X-rays at no cost, and that comparable treatment plans are significantly shorter and nearly half the price of what this office proposed. Another reputable orthodontic office performed the same consultation and imaging at no charge and provided a far more reasonable treatment plan. I ultimately decided not to proceed with treatment at this office. However, I had already paid approximately $1,200 for a brief consultation and X-rays and am now dealing with banks to dispute charges that were collected for a future appointment that never took place. Parents seeking orthodontic care should be able to make informed decisions without feeling pressured or taken advantage of financially. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and for these reasons, I cannot recommend this business.

Dr. Timmons and staff are the BEST!!! I’m so picky when it comes to teeth. I knew Dr. Timmons was a perfectionist. He payed such close attention to detail throughout my daughter’s orthodontic care. She was a compliant patient which made the process smooth. The final outcome of the teeth, jaw relationship, and alignment are superb. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking perfection from an orthodontist!

Dr.Timmons and his staff are amazing! Dr.Timmons is always very open and honest when it comes to the process of your treatment and works hard to make sure your smile is right. The staff are always friendly, and they make sure that you are comfortable throughout your time there. 10/10 would recommend!!!
