Westrock Orthodontics

I went to Westrock for an issue with my retainers that I have had for many years. The staff member that did the initial evaluation was very professional, friendly and attentive as I explained the purpose of my visit. The orthodontist was also very professional, personable and complimented me for my diligence in wearing the retainers as prescribed for many years. He provided a very reasonable solution to my issue and I appreciate the service that Westrock Orthodontics provided.

My daughter has had braces for 3 months. 1 week in 2 brackets feel off. I believe we have had a total of 8 now. When you call to get in for repairs they can’t get you in for at least a month or longer. Wish I would have done more research before going here.

Quick, clean, friendly, good work, simple financial payment plans. The ladies in there are very friendly and good at their jobs. The brief times we see the Dr he is very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend for a pleasant braces experience. Thank yall!

The staff is extremely nice. No matter what day or time of the day, staff seem to be in a great mood every time. Very friendly and highly recommended. My daughter was very comfortable with every technician every appointment. Will most definitely recommend them to my family and friends 10/10.

Friendly staff and exceptional service. My daughter was comfortable through the entire process (as comfortable as you can be getting braces put in, anyway). They explained the process well and gave plenty of information about what to expect and how to go forward with the braces. I would highly recommend using them for anyone needing their services.
