I began coming here when it was cardinal orthodontist Everything was 10/10 i told them I was having a baby I continued to make payments but after I had my baby they wanted to remove the braces thats when i stopped making payments because my teeth did not look okay and were not to my liking for removal , i wanted to pay off my braces they told me they could not take my money and I ask could they still remove the braces they told I would have to pay a fee but instead of allowing me to pay off the remaining total and removing the braces they sent my account to collections and here i am Still with braces on my teeth trying to figure out how Im going to get them removed they changed the name and changed the doctor Im just completely not pleased with my experience i liked it at first

I went into the office thinking that I might need braces. I left understanding that I didn't need them unless I wanted them. This is rare in the world, people will take advantage of you because you're not sure if the service will help fix what you think you need. I appreciate the kindness and knowledge of the staff. I really appreciate them not taking advantage of me. I would recommend them every time.

The nurse was incredibly sweet and kind. She went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. Her gentle approach, thoughtful reassurances, and warm demeanor really made a difference, and I genuinely felt cared for. It was clear that she values her patients' well-being, and I left feeling not just physically better but emotionally supported as well.

10/10 experience! The atmosphere was warm & everyone was welcoming/friendly! I’d refer anybody/everybody here. My dental assistant was excellent, I also loved the dentist honesty! Can’t wait for my new smile.
