Horrible experience, child's appointment was at 1220 pm, we arrived 10 mins prior. We waited till 1250 and hadn't been called, I made contact with the front desk clerk l, who was just sitting on the phone having a personal conversation. I asked her why we hadn't been seen, she said there were stsffing issues. Around 110 pm, other patients were called whom had been sitting there less time than we had. I advised the front clerk we were leaving. She was still sitting on the phone. This is unnecessary, we had an appointment time and didnt get seen.

My child has EOE which is a fold in his esophagus. He was coughing during his first appointment and they refused to continue treatment on him. I called and told them I had a medical clearance letter from AR Childrens and they fired him as a patient and refuse to see him anymore. They never put the braces on but they act like they are doing me a favor "taking away my balance" for a service we never received. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!

Very friendly and welcoming staff! Patient and answered all questions. Both of my kids are patients and I’m looking into it, too!

If I could give a zero star I would. Make this place your last option!! My sister was treated very poorly. They refused to provide understanding and proper care for my sister after a mistake they made. I would hate for anyone to experience what she went through. So I tell you make this your last resort. I promise you won’t regret it.
