I always have a great experience at this office. The entire team is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. Most importantly, the doctor is outstanding! Dr. Henry always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes me feel comfortable during every visit. You can tell they truly care about providing the best care possible. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontist!

Good Morning, I hesitated on leaving a review after I and my colleague were seen here. If I could give it 0 stars I most definitely would. With kindness, I do thank the blonde haired lady and a shorter lady with curls for being fabulous to me during my paperwork. The doctor here is rude and has an attitude that is very hostile. The workers (NOT ALL) sit and congregate with one another while we need assistance. The doctor takes forever to come to the chair to check her patients, leaving the assistants to rush searching for her to show. I never mind spending my money! I feel bad for the workers who do work good under this administration, because they can most definitely excel with the right leadership.

I have two kids, pay almost $400 a month. We had to reschedule April, the earliest they had was June. Had to reschedule June, didn't have anything until end of September. It'll be like 9 months since they've been seen. The reschedule is on me, but when I have to schedule something 3 months in advance I don't know what important might come up. I don't know what the standard is these days but my orthodontist saw me once a month. Tightened them, fixed brackets and wires, put on new rubber bands. Disappointed in the follow through once you sign the papers. Why am I paying monthly for appointments every 3 months at best?

Staff was super nice!! Fast service and they explained everything so well for me to understand how everything goes for an even affordable price. I will most definitely be going back!
