My son always felt comfortable. Going to Azar. The staff was kind and accommodating. In most cases appointments were easy to make. However, when my son experienced a broken bracket, it was very difficult to schedule for an impromptu repair appointment. And, there were occasions when the office was mysteriously closed with no warning. There was neither a note on the door nor an update on the Voicemail or website. Granted, I didn’t have a prescheduled appointment, but I was attempting to make an appointment for a repair and could not reach anyone. It Would’ve been nice if they had their recording on their voicemail to inform clients of their updated hours.

I had the absolute best experience with Dr. Nick and his team! Everyone was always so kind and gentle with me throughout my orthodontic treatment. Each visit was one I looked forward to. Dr. Nick is extremely knowledgeable and personable, which are the two top qualities that I appreciate in any doctor. I just got my braces off today and am gushing with joy and confidence over my new smile! I can’t thank Dr. Nick, Dr. Joe, and the rest of the team enough. P.S. they love donuts
