Dr. Heidi is great and the staff is so professional and friendly!

Since working with Dr. Butts, I have been very impressed by her level of detail in her work. I am especially impressed by her follow up with orthodontics. My daughter went to an ortho in the area and as soon as the retainer went in he was finished. Dr. Butts will continue monthly visits for about 6 months. During that time she makes minor adjustments to the retainer in order to keep the teeth where she wants them. In addition, she follows the child until the wisdom teeth are removed. Wisdom teeth can create havoc in your child's mouth not to mention the ortho treatment that was just finished. My girls were in braces about 15 years ago and had their ortho followed them we wouldn't be where we are now. Also, you would be hard-pressed to find an orthodontist or dentist, in this day, that does all the work themselves. She has an assistant that may remove a wire before Dr. Butts looks at the child or her assistant will put the O-rings back on at the end of an appointment. Good luck finding that kind of commitment to the craft anywhere else. The location to two middle schools is key. Your child could, very easily walk to their appointments.

Great experience, friendly and accommodating. This was a visit on short notice for my daughter who isn’t a regular patient. All the staff was helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this office.
