I thought this place was great at first. My sons had their work done here but when it came time for my daughter, we went in, got consulted, made a down payment of $500 and turns out Dr Crowder didn’t recommend braces but surgery. She don’t want the surgery so when I asked for the payment back they refused, saying it was for the diagnostic and X-rays, which should be paid for by insurance, and they refused to give that back. That’s a $500 loss for absolutely nothing. Talk about greedy, conniving people. I gave my 18 year old daughter my credit card in case they asked for a payment. I guess they took advantage of that young person and charged her. I understand a little bit for that crap but the whole $500? That’s ridiculous! Never going here again and I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. That a lot of money wasted for nothing.

I have a brand new smile today thanks to Dr Crowder and his staff! I am so pleased with the results. Initially, I had clear braces on both the bottom and top. I had better results on the top. So, he switched me to metal on the bottom at my request. It takes adult teeth longer to shift, but I was patient with the process and I couldn't be happier. The staff was always professional, patient and friendly. Appointment times were flexible. And well, Dr Crowder, is simply the best! 🤗❤️

The best orthodontist for my son. We have moved several miles out and I prefer to continue to drive here for my son treatment. Office staff always friendly. Clean and no long wait times at appt. Semi strick late policy but it has to be in order to continue to provide almost no wait for appointments. I was late today for the 1st time in 2 years, we had a simple visit today so I appreciate squeezing my son in still. Provides very good instructions for after care.

Dr. Crowder and his team have become like a family to me! They are the sweetest, most patient people EVER! My teeth are ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! Thanks to them!
