Don't call here if you need an emergency appointment! I usually see Dental Health Associates for regular cleanings. I called the orthodontics office because my permanent retainer broke and I needed to see someone immediately to fix it. The receptionist asked if I had been seen before, and I told her I hadn't been to an orthodontist in over 10 years. She told me I would need a new patient appointment and they didn't have openings until February. I asked what she recommended I do because I had a loose wire in my mouth, and she said I should call the orthodontist who originally placed it. That doctor is in Idaho and I believe he's not practicing anymore. If you need urgent help call Arboretum Dental around the corner - they fit me in same day.

All 3 of my children have been through Dr. Allen and Dental Health Orthodontics for their orthodontic needs and I have been very pleased. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about what they are doing. Dr. Allen does a great job explaining everything and gives a good estimate of how long they will be in orthodontic care. Overall I would highly recommend to others!
