Very friendly orthodontist. Very knowledgeable, but when you constantly have to wait for 30 minutes past your appointment time to be seen, it’s not worth it. There are other orthodontist offices in Madison. If you value your time, go to those instead.

Worst dentist I have been to. I was shocked at how horrible the Dr’s communications skills were, I am an RN and know how patients should be treated and also how the treatment plan should be explained to them in details. Worst bedside manners. I asked him about 6 questions and he ignored most of my questions and answered some in a vague way. His assistant was also horrible, she stares people in a weird way. Also both have a horrible practice of hygiene, they had gloves on and kept touching surfaces and touching each other on then worked on my mouth. They also tried to gaslight when they replaced my metal retainer and it was rubbing against my teeth, only fixed it when I insisted on. Please don’t waste your money and time on this place. I am so glad my experience was just one time and I am done.

This place is so clean and professional. My daughter’s braces were put on by a different provider and they closed. Advanced ortho accepted us & even though the braces were a totally different system, they work hard to make it work for my daughter. Thank you! 10/10 recommend!
