Madison Smile Solutions

I’ve been to Smile Solutions three or four times now and each time have encountered a friendly group of professionals who were compassionate listeners and spent time explaining options for dental work. They also did their best to reduce my out-of-pocket costs as much as possible. Plus, the quality of the work that Dr. Kaveh did has been excellent. I highly recommend Smile Solutions.

Smile solutions is the best ever !!! The staff are all superstars and dr Ghaboussi is very smart, detailed, caring and is comforting when he is working with you. He actually called me hours after my appointment to make sure everything was ok and to see if there was anything he could do for me. The staff are a blast to chat with when arriving and leaving. One cool story about smile solutions is I asked Katie the receptionist to text me if they ever had a cancelation on a rainy day for a cleaning and she did !!! Pretty cool.

Jojo crushed it again! It’s so fun to visit her in my old room. I miss doing hygiene regularly but know my patients are in the best of hands with all the hygienists at Smile Solutions! They may have even gotten a few hold outs to floss or use a waterpik! ;) Nice work Fam! Dr Kaveh? You know I love ya! Thanks for taking care of the hubs and I for all of these years. You’re the best

My kids, partner and I have been going here for years and pretty satisfied, I just haven’t written a review because I have a high bar. My uncle was my first dentist until he retired, and he was great. But Dr. Kaveh blew my mind today. I was in a bike accident a few days ago and smashed up my face pretty badly (in the hospital for a couple of days). He and his team saw me as soon as I got out, and they were so much gentler than the dentist at the hospital as they inspected and did X-rays. They also set me up with an oral surgeon. THEN Dr. Kaveh met me at the oral surgeon’s office to make sure everything went smoothly, and I’m so glad he did because although the surgeon did a good job, he didn’t know me and wasn’t as good at answering my questions as Dr. Kaveh was. ALSO Dr. Kaveh then met me back at my house and helped me get my retainer in, which I was scared to do and it did hurt going in but it has made my mouth feel so much better since. Every office visit has been smooth, friendly, efficient, and helpful but this was seriously beyond 5 stars. Cannot recommend enough!!! Thank you!!!

Thank you for a really attentive and informative first visit. I feel like I’ve found a caring and efficient place where I will be well cared for. I also appreciate the many options of care available in one place. And thank you for discussing the financing so transparently.
