I had my first appointment as a new patient today and had a wonderful experience. The front office staff were friendly and helpful with questions I had. My dental hygienist was so thorough in answering all my questions and concerns. I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years and was a little nervous and everyone was so welcoming I left feeling at ease. I saw Dr. Sands and he was great! Very personable and took the time to answer all my questions. I'm very happy I scheduled an appointment here

I had a great dental visit with Veronica, the hygienist, and Dr.Brumm. No wonder that the office was chosen as Madison’s Best Dentist! Not only was the cleaning experience very good, but I also really enjoyed how Veronica and Dr. Brumm interacted with each other. It was very interesting how they seemed to appreciate each others expertise respectfully as a team. They had a refreshing back and forth between them and somehow that really impressed me. I felt in good hands throughout the entire visit, and I appreciated their friendliness. Congratulations and Thank You!

The dental hygienist was on time, personable and professional. She asked me questions about my teeth and my dental care, and answered my questions also. She examined my teeth and gums, and gave me a thorough cleaning. Dr. Brohm greeted me warmly, worked well with the hygienist, and examined my teeth and gums also. I am very pleased with the treatment I received.

This dental office is a gem in the Madison area! I got really lucky with my assignment and ended up with Dr. Brumm, who is such a delight. She is caring and truly puts her heart into what she does. As someone who has moved around a bit and frequently had to find new providers, I am so happy with Dr. Brumm. I value the level of trust and patience she offers, especially her conservative approach with no pressure for aggressive treatments. It’s a larger practice that serves everyone, so it runs right on time. It may not have the flashiest machines, but it’s highly efficient and the staff is wonderful to work with.

Amanda took the X-rays and photos and made everything comfortable and easy. Dr. Jim Sands was thorough and explained my dental health clearly without pushing unnecessary procedures.
