Smile Doctors Orthodontics - Madison

I just finished my 20-month Invisalign treatment (completed 4 months ahead of schedule), and I’m happy with the results and the overall experience. I consulted four different orthodontists in the area, and Dr. Schmidt was the only one who was confident that my case could be completed with Invisalign from start to finish. He was also the only orthodontist who recommended removing fewer teeth to address the overcrowding in my mouth, which was something I strongly preferred. He explained everything clearly and never seemed like he was rushing the process. The staff at the office is also super friendly and quick to respond to any requests. I would highly recommend Dr. Schmidt and his team to anyone considering Invisalign.

Pretty nice place honestly, nice area with people walkin and talkin because you got the target, Apple Store and thrift shops next to this Smile Doctors location so you’re going in with a more positive outlook. Super nice nurses, and doctors. it would be a 5/5 if the braces weren’t so expensive but the reason they are is all the picture takin you gotta do after you get the braces on. You gotta take pictures of your teeth every week which doesn’t sound to bad till you see what you gotta do, basically you gotta put this cylinder shaped thing in your mouth and it takes pictures of your teeth through your phone. Looks pretty sus so your boy is probably gonna skip that business 🤣 Aye I changed my score to a 5 because honestly these are nice braces I’m already seeing differences in my teeth.

I was a patient and everybody seems so nice until they started taking my $$. At times they would reschedule me or the office was closed. I went to the Watertown location. The workers kept telling me to leave nice/excellent reviews about the company. My last draw was when they told me they couldn't fix one of my upper tooth after being a patient there for over 2 yrs. Well, after $5000 later, I still don't have a perfect smile like they promised!!! I DON'T recommend this place. They should give me my $$ back so I can go to a real orthodontist!!! I feel even leaving 1 star is being generous! 🤨

Today I received instructions on how to use the Invisiliners. The tech explained everything very clearly. I'm looking forward to my new smile! Update, I finished my treatment and I'm very happy with my new smile! The whole process was very easy and a lot less painful than the metal brackets. I highly recommend Invisiliners!

The office was clean, organized, and efficient. Kyle was very helpful and made me feel comfortable during my appointment.
