Smile Doctors Orthodontics - Madison

I was a patient and everybody seems so nice until they started taking my $$. At times they would reschedule me or the office was closed. I went to the Watertown location. The workers kept telling me to leave nice/excellent reviews about the company. My last draw was when they told me they couldn't fix one of my upper tooth after being a patient there for over 2 yrs. Well, after $5000 later, I still don't have a perfect smile like they promised!!! I DON'T recommend this place. They should give me my $$ back so I can go to a real orthodontist!!! I feel even leaving 1 star is being generous! 🤨

Phenomenal experience. Staff is very caring and diligent of your individual treatment plan and progress. Always providing insight and addressing any concerns swiftly and thoroughly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience during this treatment, highly recommend, 10/10.

I walked into smile Doctors not knowing what to expect. I was refused by many other orthodontists. But smile Doctors look one look at my teeth and told me that they can fix it and they did! They’re truly an amazing group of people. Jennifer knows her stuff and gets things done, Aree is always warm and friendly, and Dr. Schmidt is funny and competent. They were super flexible with my treatment, as I was out of town for most of the year. They always made sure to see me when I came home during my breaks from school, and ensured my progress was going well from afar. When I had an issue with my retainer after treatment was already finished, they sent me an entirely new ($200!) retainer for free. They were under no obligation to do so (I already signed release papers), which speaks to their dedication to their patients. Super happy with the treatment and grateful for everyone here! Definitely recommend checking them out.
