Smile Doctors Orthodontics - Upper Arlington

I was a patient at this office over 10 years ago. I hadn't visited an orthodontist since I got my permanent retainer put on (again, over 10 years ago). My orthodontist has even retired! With that said, I called this office when I had some issues with my permanent retainer. They saw me the next day, still had my files, removed my permanent retainer, and fixed me up with a removable one. All at no charge to me! Not sure if this is standard practice or what, but I was very impressed and grateful. I will definitely bring my kids here if they need braces in the future!

The staff at Smile Dr were extremely nice and welcoming. My appointment was quick and efficient, and everyone was very caring and helpful. I truly appreciated how smooth and comfortable the whole experience was.

Came for my scheduled appointment to find a closed building. A staff girl came later saying that all appointments were canceled for the day. After checking my email and phone history, I can confirm that no notice was given to me for this cancellation. Only writing this review because I was treated very poorly by the staff girl who also refused to reschedule me for an appointment saying that “I can just call”. I now have this horrible feeling one gets after a very rude customer service. I don’t want to call and get answered by this same horrible person… but I guess I will have to if I want to continue the treatment that I am already paying for.

Great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr Reid is great!! So glad I came to them for adult Invisalign. I highly recommend this Doctor and his staff.

The staff is very friendly and always explains every step of the visit to my daughter. Dr. Reed has been fantastic and also very informative of each step of the process.
