Had an excellent experience with Dr. Mess! He and his staff are very friendly and professional. While he could have easily conned me by recommending a more expensive alternative, Dr. Mess adjusted my old retainers and I ended up paying a tiny fraction of what I originally thought I had to. He provides honest and high-quality care. I will definitely come to him for future orthodontic needs.

I have had such a great experience here! Everyone is extremely nice, including the receptionists, hygienists, and Dr. Mess himself. Dr. Mess took into consideration my thoughts and wishes with each phase of treatment, which I very much appreciated. Although I needed braces on my bottom teeth, he was able to use Invisalign for my top teeth which was also appreciated as an adult undergoing orthodontic treatment. The braces honestly weren't that visible and few people noticed them. The payment plan is nice and I feel like the cost was reasonable. I have about 1 month left but super happy with my results overall!

I regret going to Mess Orthodontics. During my consultation I feel important details about my treatment were left out so I was unable to make an informed decision. I feel mislead and deceived. It’s not a matter of providing clarity it was a matter of not telling me important details of the treatment plan. For example: I wasn’t told that my lower jaw would be moved back and angled down which would change my face shape and therefore would make me look deflated and aged. I can’t ask questions about something that I wasn’t told. I did express my concerns numerous times during my treatment and it didn’t seem to matter.
