Capital City Dental

So normally I don’t write reviews and never did I think I’d write a review about a dentist office, but ! This dentist office has been THE BEST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! To start, everyone is extremely welcoming and caring about your situation, and I have been there for cleanings, to fillings, and even emergencies like when one of my teeth got infected( which they got me in the same day ). And when it comes to Dr. K and how thorough and meticulous she is with everything she does. It shows she is really passionate about what she does and cares about everyone. All of the hygienists and dental assistants are super engaging. They put any nervousness or worries aside and make you feel at home. Now I’ve been going there for a couple of years, and you’re probably wondering why I’m writing in this review now to make this short recently. My dad passed away, and I had talked to them about this just because I’ve been going there a couple of years, and they were asking how I was doing. I opened my mail today and found they had mailed me a card with everyone in the office, writing their own personal note, letting me know they were thinking of me. I’ve never seen any doctors or dentist’s offices do this. I’m truly grateful and don’t think I’d ever change who I would go for my dentist.

This is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. The building was clean and calming, and everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. I have a lot of anxiety from bad experiences with dental work in the past, but everyone went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. I still wouldn't say I look forward to going to the dentist, but I definitely don't dread it like I used to. Thank you Capital City staff! They offered items like weighted blankets and stress balls which I have never had at a dentist. Such a great idea!

First visit and I was incredibly impressed. From the wonderful ladies at the front to the technicians and Dr R. I was seen and heard. The cleaning was thorough and Dr. R took the time to examine my teeth, go over options and provide recommendations to resolve my concerns. My first dentist as an adult was the best dentist I thought I would ever have as that was over 30 years ago. Capital City Dentists are a breath of fresh air!

I love capital city dental. Dr.K, Dr R, and the staff are the best. The team makes me feel special. The atmosphere is always positive. My treatment plans are always discussed with me and adjustments are made if necessary. They are invested in each patient and also the community. I would hang out there every day if I could.

My best friend in Columbus is a dentist and he’s excellent, however so is my dentist here at Capital City Dental. They’re always very compassionate, professional and most of all thorough. I live outside of Columbus but drive to CCD because of there outstanding knowledge.
