We have had such an amazing experience at Hickman Orthodontics! The entire staff has gone above and beyond to be incredibly kind, welcoming, and supportive. From the moment we walked in, we truly felt like we made the right choice bringing my son here for his braces. Dr. Slania was super friendly and took the time to make us feel comfortable and confident in the process. Naomi, who put my son’s braces on, was absolutely wonderful she was so patient, gentle, and made him feel completely relaxed during the whole appointment. We are so grateful for the care and attention we’ve received and highly recommend Hickman Orthodontics to anyone looking for an orthodontic team that truly cares!

If I could give more than five stars I would!! They were so good to us. I trusted whole heartedly in Dr. Hickman and Dr. Slania’s plan. The results were better than I imagined. Knowledgable!!!!! They always make you feel comfortable which is important when dealing with your children. Brace removal day and the congratulatory table of goodies was nothing short of amazing. 10/10. If you are looking for braces for your child, even yourself this is the place! They have lots of options and payment plans that fit your budget. I couldn’t be happier. I’ve had a great experience since I got my braces placed at Hickman Orthodontics. The staff has been incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable from the start. The process wasn’t nearly as painful as I expected, and they explained everything clearly along the way. The cost was also very reasonable compared to other places I looked into. Overall, Am really happy with my treatment and the appearance of my teeth after removing the braces. I would definitely recommend Dr Hickman to anyone considering braces.

We love Hickman Orthodontics! They provide top notch care. Two of my sons have received treatment here and their teeth look amazing! We also love the staff. Extremely kind people who are always smiling and laughing. Such a great environment. Couldn’t say enough good things about this office!

I have been a patient at Hickman Orthodontics for the past six years and just had my braces removed yesterday 12/01 after having them on the entire six years. When I first started, Racheal Mertz, now Jean was my Orthodontist and she was awesome and things seemed to be on track. Unfortunately Rachel moved out of state and then Dr. Grant Slania took over my care. Dr. Slania is a very nice guy and seems to care about his work, although my end results were not what I had expected after wearing braces for six years and they were advised to come off anyway. It is very disappointing to pay almost $6k out of pocket for my adult braces and not have the results I was hoping for. My wife attended one of my appointments where Lindsey Hickman advised that my case was more difficult than others and then became defensive whenever we asked questions as to why and how the issues could be corrected. Instead of being professional and caring, Lindsey Hickman had an attitude and then tried to cover her own butt by trying to stick blame on me saying they went over certain notes with me six years ago. First off, that part is very inaccurate and secondly her husband Kyle Hickman removed two teeth that his wife Lindsey Hickman and the staff said to remove, so if that was not correct, they are the so-called experts and why I paid them to correct my teeth and have braces put on. Yesterday while I was in the office having my braces removed, Lindsey Hickman was next to me several times and not once spoke or said "thank you" or asked me questions to see if I had any additional concerns, not a single word said to me or my wife, which is very unprofessional. I would not personally recommend Hickman Orthodontics simply due to the treatment I received and the unprofessionalism of Lindsey Hickman. Although my case might have been more challenging than others, the end results should have been better and if the treatment course was not working, changes should have been made to achieve better results, again that is what I paid almost $6k for.
