I feel very fortunate to have found this practice!! Everyone treated me kindly and with respect. I felt very informed and cared for. The receptionists (Kim and Meghan) were attentive, friendly, and made scheduling/payment a smooth experience. Julia, the assistant, was also very friendly and explained everything in detail. Dr. Tom was thorough, provided me options for my care, and was gentle. Overall, I would recommend this dental office. Great experience, great environment, and great care. Bonus - flexible scheduling, and they were able to see me in a VERY timely manner as a new patient.

had a great experience coming to the office for the first time. The receptionists Chris and Meghan were so kind as soon as I came in. Meghan kindly explained how the check-in system worked. Then I met Dr. Cheryl and Michelle, and they were so kind and thoughtful. Dr. Cheryl was very careful and attentive as well as very communicative and transparent. They were very patient and friendly. Chris then worked with me to schedule my next appointment and was so thorough and helpful about everything. Such a great team that takes pride in caring for their patients. I am excited to come back and see everyone again!

Wonderful experience at Hoffman Dental. I felt apprehensive after my long-time dentist retired--this was my first visit with Dr. Cheryl Hoffman, she made me feel so at ease, answered all my questions and helped come up with a treatment plan. Entire office staff was amazing!

I have been a patient for with Hoffman Dental for over 40 years. I grew up hating my earlier Dentist, but not Dr. Tom...he's the best. I love the staff as well, plus they have convenient hours, clean offices and are centrally located in Upper Arlington. I highly recommend Dr. Tom and his lovely wife Dr. Cheryl.
