I’ve had braces for almost fourteen months now, and the consistency here has impressed me. The office runs efficiently even when the waiting room looks packed. One visit took longer because they had to redo a wire placement that wasn’t sitting correctly, but I actually appreciated that they caught it immediately instead of ignoring it. The orthodontist seems focused on getting things right rather than just finishing appointments quickly and moving people out.

from 2004 all the way til today the staff has been amazing, fun, professional and welcoming. on my 4th set of braces there was no one on earth i’d work with but this staff at Smile Doctors. they are the best 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽💙💙💙💙

Both my sons really like Dr. Burleson and the entire staff! Everyone is so friendly and visits are easy and pleasant for both of my boys. The check-in app we use at home is brilliant and makes the entire treatment easy for the whole family.
